As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and collaborative team including guest services, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance, and food and beverage. The Resort Manager will:

- The ideal candidate will have experience in management, business, and in food and beverage, with the ability to lead and oversee our new waterfront restaurant in conjunction with general resort management.

Other Important Information
Loon Lake is approximately 25 miles north of Spokane, Washington. On-site waterfront living accommodations are negotiable. The Resort is open seasonally from approximately April 1-September 30. The position will be very active/full-time seasonal between April and October, with the opportunity for vacation, flex-time, or reduced hours for the balance of the year.

Job Responsibilities for Office Team member:
- Collect Rent, make bank deposits, and balance the rent role sheet on Excel
- Stay up to date on laws, rules and regulations, and Fair Housing
- Enforce community rules and regulations, manage eviction processes and notices
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants (We like a happy park!)
- Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements and all other documentation needed after tenant approval.
- Maintain filing systems and order or pick up office supplies.
- Obtain a mobile home salesperson’s license to sell new and pre-owned mobile homes in the park. We will help you navigate this. (no testing is required but you must pass a background check with the Arizona Department of Housing)
- Go on listing appointments at tenant’s homes, market the mobile homes for sale, show the homes for sale, execute all sales paperwork, communicate with title companies, clients, and real estate agents throughout the sale.
- Screen RV tenants, rent RV spots, maintain RV calendar, bill and collect RV space rent
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, general scanning and emailing.
- Must be friendly and personable.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work some nights and weekends when there is an emergency or when homes need to be shown to potential buyers.

Job Responsibilities for Facilities Team member:
- Communicate with and supervise the current maintenance worker.
- Ensure the properties common areas are well maintained. Including the clubhouse, office, drainage areas and landscaped areas.
- General landscaping work; trimming, planting, watering, and removal
- Assist in handyman work on a few rental homes in the park and in the common areas.
- Meet with tenants and approve or deny changes they want to make to their landscaping, fencing, paint, sheds, porches etc.
- Be proficient in the rules and regulations of the Park.
- Purchase janitorial supplies and any other tools or supplies needed.
- Respond to emergencies and problem solve.
- Respond to water leaks, sewer leaks, and electrical issues. Contact the correct people and coordinate a plan to have things fixed in an economical way.
- Inspect the property daily and address any issues.
- Complete annual lot inspections.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS: Overview
Your role is to provide excellent customer service, act as an ambassador and carry out your duties ensuring that Camp Katur operates to the highest standard. The role is currently required from April to October.
Your core hours will be 5pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday, providing emergency support after 9pm. Saturday hours 10am to 3pm providing emergency support after that time.
Main Duties:
1 To provide a welcoming environment and deliver a high level of customer service.
2. To check in late arrivals, showing them to their accommodation and providing site information.
3. To take responsibility for the cleanliness of the amenity block, and all other areas during your shift.
4. To liaise with the Operational Manager and Maintenance Technician on any problems that may arise or have arisen during your shift.
5. To perform regular checks ensuring our guests have everything they need.
6. The postholder must at all times carry out their responsibilities with due regard to the Camp Katur policies and practices.
7. To perform all duties in accordance with the standards as set out in the work instructions.
8. To undertake any other duties as the management team may reasonably ask.
