Location: Fayetteville, GA - MUST LIVE ONSITE
Salary Range:$40-$80k (includes housing package + sales & leasing bonus)

Daily duties include but not limited to:
All aspects of Admin: Sales & Leasing – MOSTLY BRAND NEW HOMES, Screening potential tenants, showing property, organize and maintain office, paperwork, etc.
Manage Phone, marketing, advertising, and social media
Conflict resolution, tenant relations, community events
Enforce policies and procedures and protect and maintain Company assets
Project management, schedule vendors, coordinate deliveries, execute plans, follow directions of supervisor with minimal supervision
Repair and maintain infrastructure (water, sewer, electric roads), ground maintenance (operate and maintain all equipment)
Repair and maintain all aspects of community owned homes (interior and exterior – including subfloor, drywall, appliances, HVAC, electrical, etc)
Maintain Curb Appeal – daily inspections of grounds – quarterly inspection of community owned homes - enforcement or rules and regulations
Control expenses
Required Skills:
At least 3 years property management / maintenance experience specific to Mobile Homes
Professional appearance / communication (written & verbal)
Self Controlled. Motivated and able to motivate others
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word & Property Management Software (Rent Manager)
Strong leadership and decision making skills. Organized and able to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient and physical able to maintain grounds, operate equipment and tools relative to operations
Proficient and physical able to maintain interior and exterior of community owned homes (interior and exterior – including subfloor, drywall, appliances, HVAC, electrical, etc)
Knowledgeable of waste water treatment systems

Community Management Team - Bloomington, Indiana

I’m seeking a professional team to manage a manufactured home community and staff. The ideal team will have strong customer service skills, office, sales + marketing, maintenance, and a minimum of 3-5 years of Manufactured/Mobile Home Management experience.
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Salary Range: $70-$80k + plus housing + commission
Essential Functions:
Sell new, used and foreclosed homes
Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans
Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate
Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income
Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns
Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team
Recruit, train and develop Staff
Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities
Communicate and manage policies and procedures
Create and ensure a safe work environment
Protect and maintain Company assets
Control expenses
Maintain professional behavior
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Join our family/team and share in the duties of hotel housekeeping, front desk attendance, minor maintenance needs, and any other way you can lend a hand between the hotel, steakhouse, and gift shop departments. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS AND MORNINGS. Very competitive pay from $17+/hour starting pay per person with SALARY OPTIONS after a season. Pay/Benefits: Very competitive pay from $17+/hour starting pay per person with 2 months off per year during the slow seasons (April and November). Salary options available after a full season worked (December->March or June->September). Fully furnished apartment or cabin style housing available at discounted rates for employees starting at $450/month (NO PETS).
Duties: Between the 2 would include primarily hotel housekeeping and front desk attendant. Flexibility of being able to assist in any department is a huge plus. In depth attention detail in housekeeping and maintaining a clean and orderly lobby/front desk area is a must. Must also be willing and able to shovel snow in the Winters and help with basic yard maintenance in the Summers.
Requirements:
-21 years of age or older.
-Willing to submit to random drug tests.
-Willing to submit to a background check which must be clean as you work in rooms where guests belongings are located and handling money/credit cards at the front desk.
-Able to work on your feet for long hours when needed and kneel for cleaning in bathrooms and under beds.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Snow shoveling, fire wood stocking, inventory stocking, etc will require this ability.
-Great phone skills and comfortable with computers and entering guests information into our property management software.
-Meticulous mind for cleaning rooms and watching for maintenance issues as they arise.
-Knowledge of our establishment and/or the Snowy Range area to help guests with their vacation plans is a plus, but the right person will pick it up as they go.
-GREAT customer service skills and able to remain calm under any circumstance.
-Ability to get along with your coworkers/supervisors regardless of differences. And, if/when the issue arises, professionalism in handling of such conflicts.
-No health issues that would impede with your ability to work around cleaning chemicals, high stress situations, long hours, lifting of somewhat heavy objects, etc.
