On-site Mobile Home and RV Park Management Team and Mobile Home Sales for a 213 Space Park in Chino Valley, AZ
We are a 55+ lifestyle community and the current managers are retiring, so we are looking to find a new management team. Our community is established and well maintained.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm with a lunch break from 12pm to 1pm
6 hours a day 30 hours per week
On-call most nights and weekends in case of emergencies
Benefits: Free housing, paid vacation time, paid holidays
Starting Salary: $2,300 to $2,500 a month for each team member based on experience. Commissions on homes you sell in the Park. Commissions could be as much as $25,000 a year or more if you maintain our current home sales rates. Free housing and utilities in a mobile home on the property.
The ideal candidates would have previous mobile park and/or RV park management experience.

Job Responsibilities for Office Team member:
- Collect Rent, make bank deposits, and balance the rent role sheet on Excel
- Stay up to date on laws, rules and regulations, and Fair Housing
- Enforce community rules and regulations, manage eviction processes and notices
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants (We like a happy park!)
- Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements and all other documentation needed after tenant approval.
- Maintain filing systems and order or pick up office supplies.
- Obtain a mobile home salesperson’s license to sell new and pre-owned mobile homes in the park. We will help you navigate this. (no testing is required but you must pass a background check with the Arizona Department of Housing)
- Go on listing appointments at tenant’s homes, market the mobile homes for sale, show the homes for sale, execute all sales paperwork, communicate with title companies, clients, and real estate agents throughout the sale.
- Screen RV tenants, rent RV spots, maintain RV calendar, bill and collect RV space rent
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, general scanning and emailing.
- Must be friendly and personable.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work some nights and weekends when there is an emergency or when homes need to be shown to potential buyers.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong administration skills including file management and record keeping.
- Must have the ability to have tough conversations with residents regarding property violations and late rent collections.
Job Responsibilities for Facilities Team member:
- Communicate with and supervise the current maintenance worker.
- Ensure the properties common areas are well maintained. Including the clubhouse, office, drainage areas and landscaped areas.
- General landscaping work; trimming, planting, watering, and removal
- Assist in handyman work on a few rental homes in the park and in the common areas.
- Meet with tenants and approve or deny changes they want to make to their landscaping, fencing, paint, sheds, porches etc.
- Be proficient in the rules and regulations of the Park.
- Purchase janitorial supplies and any other tools or supplies needed.
- Respond to emergencies and problem solve.
- Respond to water leaks, sewer leaks, and electrical issues. Contact the correct people and coordinate a plan to have things fixed in an economical way.
- Inspect the property daily and address any issues.
- Complete annual lot inspections.
Qualifications
- Must be friendly and have good verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team to complete projects.
- Must have general handyman and maintenance knowledge and experience.
- Must be able to use chain saws, other power tools, and ladders.
