Caretakers for Estate on Cape Cod- - Truro, MA

Seeking an energetic, personable, couple to work together, part-time, as a team to care for a large historic estate property on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
The property is rented as a vacation rental on a weekly basis throughout the summer and on and off during the spring and fall shoulder season, with occasional visits by owner and family.
Must be Non smokers without pets or children. No drama, must have strong work ethic and desire to keep up a high profile property.
Must keep professional appearance and conduct at all times around guests and owner.
Must have excellent cleaning and landscaping references.
Compensation for this part-time opportunity consists of private in-law apartment/living quarters on the property (approx 650 sq ft.). stipend. This position can be year round or seasonal from late April through November 30.
There is ample summer employment available locally which you would be free to pursue while residing on our estate provided you are able to keep up with the caretaking responsibilities of our property. Caretakers will need another source of income.

Seeking part time couple 30 per person per week, to join our team March 1st- September 30th 2024. Our goal is to build & maintain a campground that is able to bring both family enjoyment & comfortable lodging options for those short & extended stay campers. Ephrata RV Park & Campground is located in Eastern Washington, a short drive from both Moses Lake and The Gorge Amphitheatre. Ephrata RV Park & Campground offers a wide range of camping options from 14 tents sites, 10 cabins, 1-2bedroom/2 bath house to 73 shaded pull-thru sites, shaded & open back-in sites that are big rig friendly sites with 30/50 amp full hookup.
Open positions are Office/cleaning & Maintenance/Cleaning/Pool.
Office/Cleaning overview- guest reservation, guest services including phone & text messages, camp store, daily cleaning
Maintenance/Cleaning/Pool- overview- building, grounds & pool maintenance, painting, daily cleaning
Compensation: Monthly salary & FHU

· Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
· Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
· Ability to keep all business, operational and resident information confidential.

Position Overview
This position involves year-round general management and upkeep of our rural cottage and camping community near Mission BC. The caretakers will also be regularly interacting directly with members and guests. The private caretaker's suite is the upper floor of the club house with an office on the ground floor.

Key Responsibilities
- General upkeep and cleanliness of property

- Greet RV guests on check-in
- Manage petty cash and purchase supplies for park

- Preform evening closing/shutdown
