FEATURED JOB OPENING: Storage Facility Manager(s) - Maricopa, AZ

We are looking for an energetic and exceptional individual or team with experience in sales management. The ideal candidate(s) should have a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. They should be self-motivated and comfortable with using computers and selling over the phone. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build professional relationships with customers. The candidate(s) must be adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and possess sound business judgment with strong experience in retail sales.

As the on-site manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the self-storage facility. You will be expected to comply with our storage objectives, policies, programs, and procedures while keeping accurate records of all storage-related activities. Additionally, it will be your duty to ensure that the facility's maintenance and housekeeping are in good order at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:

- Experience in storage is a plus but not required.

- Sales, marketing, or retail experience is preferred but not required.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Proficiency in computer systems and administrative duties.

- Knowledge of cash management procedures.

- Ability to achieve objectives without close supervision.

- Successful completion of background check.

-Possession of a valid driver's license.

-The position requires a full-time residential Manager. An apartment is provided.
