Enjoy a serene escape just minutes from downtown Staunton's attractions, hiking trails, and local shops. Our season runs through November 3rd, giving you plenty of time to explore the area's many day trip opportunities.

We have one opening for a work camper 32-40 hours per week to assist with maintenance and grounds duties. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Daily site inspections

Golf cart maintenance

Honey wagon service

Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs

Assisting our maintenance lead with various projects

What we offer:

$15/hour for all hours worked

Immediate opening for an Onsite Management Team for a well-maintained All-Ages Mobile Home Community in Bishop California.

This position is for a 2-person team and not an individual. You must be able to relocate to Bishop California.

The Office Manager will work with tenants to collect rent, enforce rules, ensure the profitability of the park, conduct evictions, yard and sales audits, document all financial transactions and delinquent accounts, respond to potential tenants, maintain a high rental percentage, and manage central services. Must be a self-starter and work well alone and within a team environment. This position is high volume and fast-paced that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all property maintenance and utilities, as well as the closed loop Well system.  Must have handyman, basic plumbing, landscaping, and basic electrical skills. D1 Certification is required for this position once hired.

Prior mobile home park experience is preferred but not mandatory, training is available for qualified candidates. Salary will be based on experience and will include employer-provided housing and utilities, vacation, and sick time.

Program provides live in quarters aboard one of our program vessels (power or sailboat) or you may bring your own live-aboard vessel, or your own RV may be considered for the right couple.

Couples who have practical life experience, boating, sailing &/or small space living experience is preferred.  Other vocational skills that are assets include - off grid living, carpentry, mechanical, sewing, canvas work, boat repair, marina work, gardening, etc.  Must have strong relationship skills, be able to correct without 'coddling' - ongoing training is provided.   This is a VERY ACTIVE position with lots of time walking the property, docks, boarding boats, climbing stairs so good physical health is crucial.
