Positions ideal for a couple management team experienced in running a mobile home pakr, or has other property management experience.  

 

Office Manager Duties:

Have strong people skills, be a good communicator.

Collect, deposit mobile home rent payments.  

Enforce park rules and regulations, park standards.  

Personable, engaging, dedicated to customer service.  

Respond to tenant needs in a timely and professional manner.

Reasonable computer proficiency.  Spreadsheet work in Google Suite.

Attention to detail.

Experience in bookkeeping, maintaining spreadsheets, financial documents.  

Communicate in a timely manner with ownership.  

Maintenace Manager Duties:

Able to clean and maintain property (leaf blowing, minor electrical/plumbing/irrigation repair, mowing, etc).  

Oversee contractors, have general handyman background.

 

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 in total couple compensation,  depending on experience.  

Discretionary bonuses.  

Rent-free use of a new mobile home will be provided.  

 

Compensation:

Up to $55,000 in cash compensation and discetionary bonuses, rent-free use of new mobile home.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

US citizen

Previous mobile home park experience, or property management experience.  

Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.

Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.

Basic accounting and computer knowledge (email, Google Drive, etc).

Take charge, initiative, driven, entrepreneurial.

Private Club on the beautiful Gasconade River in rural MO seeking experienced individual or couple to be full time, onsite, working manager(s) of a family-oriented Club and property with 1700 acres, 19 Member Cottages, Dining Lodge and numerous Club facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report to Member Board of Directors, quarterly written reports to Members
  • Prioritize the safety and security of Club property, its Members, guests and employees
  • Provide outstanding, genuine, friendly service to Members and guests
  • Daily operations of all areas of the Club and Member services
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage and assist full-time and part-time employees
  • Budget, plan and manage in cooperation with The Board and accountant
  • Perform office operations including billing, payroll, AR, AP, use of Word and Excel
  • Manage and support Cook/Chef with dining room and kitchen operations and budget
  • Manage and support Chief Housekeeper and staff with servicing the cottages and laundry
  • Manage and support Head Groundskeeper and staff with all grounds duties
  • Coordinate and oversee holiday weekends, special events and occasional large group events
  • Promote holidays and special events to Members to increase Club usage
  • Maintain Club property – basic mechanical, carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills, and ability to operate farm equipment as well as coordination with contractors
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work weekends and most holidays with the exception of Christmas

Salary Package and Benefits:

At Hawthorn Senior Living we have a very attractive salary package for our Assistant Manager teams. The salary package is broken down into the following categories:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.

Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.

Schedule:

· Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Executive Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff.

· Support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.

· Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.

· Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.

· Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential.
