Mobile Home Park Assistant Management Team - Riverside, CA

We are looking for an experienced Resident Assistant Management Team for a 159 space all-age mobile home park in Riverside. 

Applicants should be familiar with "Title 25″ and the "California Civil Codes" pertaining to mobilehome park residency. Ideally there will be 2 applicants; an Office team member and a Park Maintenance Team Member.

The office team member will provide support while the Park Managers are on vacation 2 weeks (10 days) out of each year and on alternating holidays. This team member will fill in for the office manager and perform administrative duties such as running credit checks, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, accept and deposit rent payments, oversee the signing of rental agreements, and use excel to track utility usage.

The Park Maintenance team member will handle any weekend maintenance assigned by the full-time manager and may involve the use of a sit down mower, push mower, lawn edger, hedge trimmer and chainsaw. Weekend duties may also include pool and spa cleaning, maintenance of the common areas, water meter reading, and occasional sprinkler repair. This position also requires a clean DMV record.

We require that the Assistant Management Team has experience with mobilehome park management and/or apartment management experience and that the team be capable of handling any situations that may arise while maintaining a high level of professionalism in difficult situations.

Responsible for the daily planning, management and leadership role on the campground, to include registration, retail, other income items, all other outlets centers, physical plant and related financial reporting and other various duties.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Manage and maintain a qualified, friendly and professional staff using proper personnel procedures for hiring, training, scheduling and management of all employees to comply with the payroll budget and business needs.

Live in couple with transportation and tools. Drug and alcohol free, non-smoker preferred, clean background, no animals. Basic plumbing, electrical, construction, painting and facilities maintenance knowledge and skills.

Physically able to perform manual labor in all weather conditions. Clean and tidy in your person. Ability to communicate, understand and follow verbal instructions in English and/or Spanish, preferably both. Ability to legally work in the USA. Good attitude, good work ethic and ability to work well together, tranquility is a must. Will work as a couple to clean and maintain weekly rental Motel rooms when they become empty. Maintain and clean grounds and buildings. Plumbing emergencies can happen at all hours. Must be willing to tend to emergencies at all hours, even during foul weather.

Domestic Couple - Unique Position - Dublin, OH

Dublin, Ohio.  Domestic couple needed for a very special retired couple.  This is a live-in or out position. 

The gentleman has MS and enjoys woodworking in the winter and enjoys working on/creating bonsai trees in the summer, so if the man has an enjoyment of this hobby it would be helpful...as he enjoys this 2-3 hours a day.  He also needs help after bathing and getting dressed and chauffeuring him to doctor appointments. 

On the flip side the wife enjoys classical music, art shows, museums, etc. and would love it if the lady has an interest in this so that they can travel to some of the exhibits around the country for enjoyment.  Some light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and home-style cooking would be required for this quiet household.
