Join our team! We are looking for a mature management team to manage a self-storage facility in the Northern Houston in the Champion Forest area.

This is a sales and customer service position.  Candidates must have excellent telephone and communication skills, good computer skills and a strong attention to details.  We are looking for people with strong personal integrity and no criminal record.   No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units, completing leases and other related paperwork.  This facility does rent U-Haul trucks, although it is not a huge part of the business at this point.

Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work and other maintenance activities as may be required.

Hours:              

Manager - 40 hours per week

Pay:                 

 $45,000 per year for the team.  On top of this, we have very unique bonus program.  Existing managers within the company make between $10,000 & $45,000 per year in bonus.  This is on top of their existing base pay.  Basically, we pay for permormance.

Fully paid for onsite Apartment is provided, with basic utilities paid (gas, water, electricity).  Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer health insurance.

Your daily jobs will consist of helping with breakfast and dinner, daily cleaning of (13) cabins, restaurant etc. and laundry service. One of you will welcome the guests back on board and some evenings you will entertain at the bar. As a first mate you also keep the outside of the ship tidy, assist in the locks, with mooring, and do some small maintenance. Besides a good salary we offer free board.
