Applicants must have strong backgrounds in customer service and office management;  plus experience with WIFI, pool and spa upkeep, and building maintenance. Duties include, but not limited to, answering the phone, managing the resort office, and responding to guest related issues. Will be working closely with the owners and other managers.

Compensation includes FHU concrete site, salary, plus other perks.

Work Campers Needed - Gore, OK

Fish on the Lower Illinois River - Rainbows, Walleye, Crappie, Bass, Striper.  Resort in Gore, Oklahoma, is currently looking to fill 2018 spring through fall season positions for work campers. Our camping and fishing resort is in the beautiful Ozarks of Oklahoma. Our Resort is on the Lower Illinois River, a designated trout fishing stream. Rainbow trout are stocked year-round. Besides rainbows, there's fishing for brown trout, stripers, walleye, crappie, catfish, and bass. 

On Site Property Management Couple - Williamston, NC, NC

Seeking an onsite management couple that wishes to supplement their retirement income. Duties are part time but will require you to live on the premises. Work duties include (but not limited to) general property maintenace and the collection of rents. Light bookeeping and managing tenants required.

Our community is a small 15 unit property located in the small town of Williamston, NC. The property is in a rural setting but very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Basic knowledge and repair of electric, water, sewer and carpentry skills is required. You must be healthy and physically fit to perform your duties. Private living quarters will be provided including all utilities and cable TV. Additional pay to be negotiated. Position will be available immediately. 

Work Campers Needed! Summer in the Mountains - Red River, NM

Come and spend your summer with us in Red River, NM.  You will appreciate our beautiful scenery and enjoy the cool summer weather in the mountains.  We are open May through October, therefore a commitment for this time period is necessary. Work as a couple 2 days (6 hour shifts) then off for 4 days to enjoy all the area has to offer.  Additional time is requisite over holidays and to open and close the park.

Duties include but may not be limited to: answering the telephone, taking reservations using Campground Master software, greeting guests, assisting guests with questions or needs, checking guests in and out, selling items from camp store, handling money, use of cash register, knowledge of campground rules/guidelines and to become knowledgeable of area attractions and recreational opportunities.
