We are a 5 star guest ranch that has storng values in sustainability, culture, history, and outstanding guest service.  We are seeking a couple to round out our team.  As a 15 year management husband and wife team, we know how rewarding working with your partner can be.  We are looking for a maintance/head of housekeeping pair to live at work at the ranch May thorugh October.  We offer employee housing both at the ranch, as well as in the town of Jackson on your days off. 

The ideal couple would have the following skills:

Self motivated, incredible attention to detail, positive attitude, willing to live and get along with others, understanding of outstanding customer service, appreciation of the outdoors, able to spend days off the grid, prepared to work more than one season, handy and hardworking, and eager to go the extra mile. 

Duties include but not limited to:

Maintenance of log cabins, cleaning cabins bi-weekly, daily spruce-up, inventory of cleaning supplies, up to date repairs list, and completing those repairs in a timely manner, mange and work with a younger staff, daily and weekly laundry, landscaping, chopping wood, and occasionally dishes too. As well as, vehicle maintenance, including oil changing, fixing lights, and basic diagnostic of needed repairs. A knowledge of small machinery such as pumps, tools and generators is beneficial.  

Day to day operational manager and front desk help. - Fredericksburg, TX

Looking for a front desk/ day to day operational manager or couple for a 50-unit independent boutique hotel, may rebrand to a franchise in the future, located just an hour outside of San Antonio, TX in a quaint little town. Must be fluent in English.

Job duties include minor maintenance i.e. changing light bulbs, reprograming electronic locks when necessary, making sure supplies are stocked, working closely with the housekeeping team and aiding when possible. (*making rooms will not be necessary). Tending the front desk and managing reservations and RevPAR, as well as problem solving whenever situations arise. Prior Hotel/Motel lodging experience is a plus.

Domestic Couple - Roxbury Ct. & New York City N.Y., CT

Looking for the ideal  professional couple with all around skills and excellent references. Duties include - meticulous housekeeping/laundry and good family cooking.

The gentleman must know formal serving, experienced in houseman duties, inside and outside ground maintenance, both must drive and the gentleman must have had experience driving in New York City. This position is mostly live-in ( in Roxbury Ct.), but at times as needed ,couple will be asked to work in New York City with other staff members and function as a live-out couple; therefore couple must have a residence, (or willing to rent an apartment, or able to stay with family or friends), at a location which is a close commute to Manhattan. Couple is provided with a car and their own separate house on the property in Ct.. Salary range , depending on experience), is $140-160,000 + partial health insurance and 401k. This position is a 5 day work week with days off usually being Mon. and Tues.

Experienced Domestic Couple for Estate - Beverly Hills, CA

A family in Beverly Hills is seeking a live in Domestic Couple for their home. This position will be 5 days per week, breakfast through dinner. The Couple will be responsible for assisting the family in the move to a new home, deep cleaning of the home, driving when needed, laundry, and silver polishing, grocery shopping, caring for the family's dog when needed, cooking for the family, and cooking and serving for formal parties when the family entertains.

The ideal Couple will have 5 years experience working together in a formal home and with formal serving, will be flexible, pitch-in, will have positive attitudes, will be very organised, and will be autonomous. Must be eligible to work in the US

CARETAKING COUPLE NEEDED FOR CAMPGROUND - Cle Elum, WA

We are a private campground located along the Yakima River. We are seeking a full time care taking team. We have a club house, seven outlying bathrooms, a ball park, a few picnic areas and roads in camp that need qualified caretakers to keep clean and maintained. We are looking for a couple to work a minimum of five days per week, year round.

Office position consists of:

• -Answer Phones
• -Monitor our key controlled gate access
• -Assist members and guests with questions
• -Sell sundry items
• -Collect fees
• -Cleaning of club house and main restrooms
• -Plus, other duties as required/when needed

Outside position duties consists of:

• -Clean restrooms and buildings
• -Filling propane bottles
• -Painting and some repair of buildings
• -Plumbing repair
• -Lawn maintenance
• -Operates a back hoe
• -Plows the roads of snow
• -Pick up and dumps trash as needed
• -Plus, other duties as required/when needed

Caretakers are responsible only for the common areas of the camp ground. Members are responsible for their own campsites.

The selected couple must be self-starters who are motivated workers without daily supervision and who take pride in their work at all times. While our camp is open all year, there is not much to do in the winter months as there are few campers and all outlying restrooms are closed, thus reducing the cleaning and maintenance required. We offer a monthly salary, 1000+ square foot loft apartment in the clubhouse, free utilities, satellite TV,  laundry, a storage shed and small fenced yard for garden or pets.
