IMMEDIATE OPENING: On-site management couple needed for our New Port Richey, FL facility of 600+ units. We offer a two bedroom, two bath apartment including utilities, competitive base salary plus monthly performance bonus on rentals and resale merchandise.

Must have experience with customer service, renting and vacating units, computers, sales, phone and cash and credit card payments. Candidates with knowledge of Site Link Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities also include collection and reminder calls to tenants – lien sales - cleaning of office and facility grounds – performing minor maintenance - daily and monthly financial reconciliation and reporting to corporate office personnel. Prior property management in the storage industry necessary. Must be able to work Saturdays and independently with minimal direction.
