Our company is seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial people with great customer service, phone, organizational and sales skills. You will assist customers by phone and in-person by helping them understand their storage needs, renting units to new customers, processing payments from current tenants, answering questions and solving problems.

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

• Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping

• Complete the rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendum and any other documents required for the transaction and/or reporting.

• Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business.

• Maintain tenant files utilizing computer system as provided; Prepare and mail weekly, monthly and other requested reports.

• Send required tenant legal notices

• Make courtesy and collection calls, collect past-due rent, and document these calls in the tenant files.

• Process and initiate collection services and process delinquent accounts in accordance with policy and federal and state law.

• Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent.

• Participate in the promotion and accurate tracking of marketing programs and outside tracking services i.e., telephone support centers as prescribed by Employer;

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales required.

Proficient telephone skills are critical.

Candidate must be able to work weekends.

Apartment, hotel or storage experience helpful but not necessary.

Strong computer skills a plus.

Pre-employment background check will be conducted.

Farm life in a Japanese mountain village! - Iya Valley (Shikoku)

Seeking a reliable couple interested to experience country life in a quiet Japanese mountain village, looking after and helping to improve a small farmhouse and the surrounding property.

It’s a rustic, one-story, furnished house with a basic kitchen, small living room, and large main Japanese-style living/bedroom with tatami mats. There is also an attached wing with another room and a bathroom; the toilet is currently a basic outhouse just beside the house.

The owners live overseas now and the house and land needs ongoing maintenance work, and needs to be lived in. There is plentiful outdoor work: organic farming, landscaping, grass cutting, tree planting, weeding, stone wall building, etc.

While not mandatory, some Japanese language ability would be useful; home maintainence and/or carpentry would be a plus. In addition to offering accommodation and all utilities (electricity, Internet, etc.), a modest stipend will be provided to cover other basic living needs. Please contact us if interested.

Always wanted -as a couple- to llive and work together in a beautiful Resort in the Ardeche? 

We are looking for an enthusiastic couple for running the reception and booking system at our very nice resort in the Ardeche, near Vallon Pont d'Arc. We have here around 25 villas for holiday rentals. 

Your function: 

• Reception and contact point for the guests
• Contact for the owners when they have questions about their villa
• Organize cleaning (including spring cleaning but also the change cleaning)
• Managing other staff at the park (eg cleaning team or maintenance staff)
• Check the villas and carry out small work if necessary
• Keep track of and process administration

• Training is nice, but the right mentality and working spirit is more important
• Hospitality and service is in your blood
• Positive and result-oriented attitude
• Speaking / reading / writing the French language

Full-Time Estate Manager or Estate Couple for East Hampton Estate - New York, NY

Seeking a top-notch estate manager or management couple to run a property located in East Hampton. This position is live-out so you must be able to provide your own accommodations- relocation is not covered but they are open to anyone who would like to move themselves.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a strength in hospitality as the property is very busy with visiting guests and entertainment/parties. You will be managing a team of 6-10 staff members. Only highly experienced candidate(s) will be considered for this role. The right candidate must have a solid work history as an estate manager/couple for at least 8 years with excellent verifiable references. Must be eligible to work in the US. Preference will go to candidates with a background in yachting or hospitality.
