Self-Storage company is interested in hiring very driven single property managers, store teams (couples), and assistant property managers qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description. These individuals will be part of a team, and responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business, through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
All individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
All Individual’s must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. Individuals must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
All positions require a valid driver’s license and employees are required to maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles.

-Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operation

-Certain level of creativity and latitude is expected
-Perform variety of tasks as and when required
-Oversees the works of others like housekeepers, ground keepers, pest control vendors, linen suppliers etc

Handyman/Maintenance/Project Role:
-Skilled handyman able to work on plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock, carpentry and finishing

-Upkeep common ground, mow lawn, yard work and landscape related tasks
-Maintain all lighting of the property
-Keep good record of maintenance equipments, building supplies and working tools
-Keep an eye on the security of the property
