Job Requirements:
Prior on-site motel property management experience is a plus but will consider other skills and experience that could translate to the hospitality industry.
Experience in light maintenance/handyman skills.
Knowledgeable and willing to do housekeeping.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Manage front desk, night audit, light bookkeeping, customer relations, coordinate with assistant manager of housekeeping and do minor maintenance/handyman work.
Handle Check in and check out of guests / guest concerns / property improvements / Work to increase revenue and customer experience at the property.
Motel desk clerk experience preferred.
Quick learner, handyman and property maintenance experience, neat appearance, excellent communication skills, light scheduling and bookkeeping skills, self-starter
Pass drug screening and background check
