Mobile Home Park Manager - Dessert Hot Springs, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Seeking a dynamic park manager or manager couple to overee an awesome property complete with multiple natural mineral baths (hot springs) and clubhouse for guests. The Park Managers duties are comprised of five basic components:
1. Administrative – Compliance with state, federal, and local laws. Enforcement of rules and regulations. Communication between residents, main office, and outside vendors and officials.
2. Clerical – Proper documentation for files. Collection and accurate accounting of rental receipts and other sources of income. Accurate and timely billing to residents. Reports complete and filed with proper sources.
3. Maintenance – Park is to be maintained in a safe and aesthetically pleasing manner. Proper operation of equipment and training of all personnel is of utmost importance. Both preventive and repair-type maintenance to be performed in-house or with outside vendors upon approval from Regional Manager and/or Regional Property Director (RPD).
4. Resident Relations – Residents are to be treated professionally at all times with courteous, prompt management, respect, and dignity. Prompt response made to resident concerns, questions, and needs.
5. Sales/Leasing – Managers represent the park. A clean, well-maintained park that is run efficiently and has a congenial relationship with residents will automatically sell itself to potential buyers. Our goal as management is to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to turnover and long-term resident satisfaction.

Our large marina resort is looking for a motivated, dependable, and engaged person or couple to join our staff and help maintain our facility. This permanent position is for people willing to get their hands in many aspects of the marina and hospitality business. The position provides housing, including utilities, on the property and requires on call availability for occasional after hours responsibilities. Small facility repairs requiring minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or painting will be expected. This position will also occasionally fill in for and supplement our security and emergency response staffing. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required. Moderate physical activity and plenty of walking are requisite. This position is quite visible and will require, at times, frequent customer interaction. While our busy time is spring through fall this is a year round job.
Our marina resort is located on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland close to DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. Many cultural and recreational opportunities abound.
