Manager/Maintenance - Needles, California, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a friendly couple to manage our 94 space RV/MH park. Duties would inclue, billing and collecting rent, maintenance and watering the grounds, hosting and organizing some social events. We need a couple that can stay year round in the desert because the grounds need watering and maintaining all year.
We offer a free site, wifi, and salary.
We have a park that is 95% snowbirds that return each year. They are very friendly and are excited at the prospect of new managers.
Before responding, please notice that we are in the desert and heat becomes an issue in the summertime. We and everyone in the desert does our chores before the sun rises too high in the sky during the summer. It is completely acceptable to complete all work before noon and works very well for us desert dwellers. The winter makes up for our summer heat by staying between 65-75 all winter long.

We are located in Cripple Creek, CO at an elevation of 9500 feet, is looking for an innkeeper couple, to run the 14 room inn for the 2018 season (Mid May to Mid October but we can be a little flexible). Prior innkeeping experienced required. Good computer and telephone skills. Innkeepers quarters are provided as is time off of 1 or 2 days mid week. No pets or children.
Duties include: Greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and collecting payments. Cooking a full breakfast for all guests onSaturday and Sunday and a Continental breakfast Monday - Friday. Supervising housekeeping staff, managing kitchen inventory and doing the grocery shopping. Handling any emergencies with guests and or property.

These individuals will be part of a team, and responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business, through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
All individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
All Individual’s must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. Individuals must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
All positions require a valid driver’s license and employees are required to maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles.
Additional skills a plus:
- Experience in construction or maintenance projects
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Hospitality background
- Retail sales background
