MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDED FOR TWIN CITIES MINI STORAGE. Couple needed for April 1 opening at an ideal location. This facility has indoor heated units, as well as out door units.
This is a full time 40 hour/week position with both office and site management duties, as such it is ideal for a couple. This is a resident manager position and compensation includes a very large apartment (plus all utilities) located on the property, an oversized 2 car garage, plus health insurance and bonuses.
Duties include maintaining regular office hours, leasing, computer billing and bookkeeping, deposits, collections, reporting and basic maintenance functions such as keeping the office, vacant storage units and the facility clean and well functioning.
Previous experience in storage industry a plus. Some weekend shifts are required. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Camp Hosts - Louisville, KY
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Camp Hosts wanted in a safe country setting just outside of Louisville KY yet close to all attractions and restaurants. The Camp Hosts are needed to help with phones in the mornings to early afternoons and on weekends making reservations and occasionally showing homes, keeping guests happy, and picking up litter as needed. We do not have bathrooms or showers, so this will be an easy gig. This job is a part time position. The park has a really great maintenance man and manager in place. We offer free rent in exchange for your help. We could have some hourly paid work doing handyman, landscaping, and home cleaning possibly too.
Louisville KY is a very nice place to live with lots of fun things to do and great places to eat. We are open all year located in an exclusive area with easy access to I-65. We have free WIFI and a laptop will be included. We also have monitored security cameras which will be installed on the laptop. We are mostly full hook up RV sites with some mobile homes as well in the park. It is very expensive to live and visit Louisville with lowest 1 star hotel prices starting at $60, so we get a lot of business and need some help for at least a year or we prefer a retired couple that will be with us many years.

Job Description:
Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
Collecting Payments
Making Collection Calls
Maximizing Occupancy and Rents
Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings
Self-Storage management experience a plus

Total Compensation for the Facility Manager AND Maintenance Manager includes:
+ Housing provided at $500/mo ($250 per manager) with all utilities provided at no cost
+ $3,640/mo ($1,820 per manager), paid as hourly wages
+ SIGNIFICANT potential for commission if performance incentives are met

Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Domestic Couple for Hudson Valley Home - Hudson, NY
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a live-in couple that demonstrates skills in all areas of household maintenance to take care of our second home in Hudson NY starting July. Duties will include home maintenance, deep housekeeping, cooking, and ground keeping.
Flexibility with the schedule and willingness to work extended hours when we are there is a must. We have children that are 7 and 5, so the woman must feel comfortable around children and be willing to supervise them from time to time. Candidates must:
