The park is well-maintained with 143 spaces.  We are looking for a team experienced in providing mobilehome park management to include knowledge of collecting rents, making deposits, procedural policies with regards to the Mobilehome Residency Law.  The ideal couple would have participated in some classes provided by the WMA.  An important attribute would be to have workable computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Word and Excel, full usage of the internet, sending and receiving email with attachments.

Hunt Check Station Work-Camp Volunteers Needed - St. Cloud, FL

Volunteer work camping available at a Wildlife Management Area in Florida. This is a volunteer position with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Our area is approximately 23,646 acres located in central Florida that sits between the beaches of Melbourne and the theme parks of Orlando.

The property is dominated by pine flatwoods and is excellent for hunting, fishing, birding, hiking, horseback riding, and biking. We are looking for RVers to volunteer in exchange for full hook-up (water, electric, and septic) campsites. Volunteers are needed ranging from the middle of August, 2017, through the end of April, 2018.

Seeking a energetic couple for a year-round, full time, management position for a 55+ RV Resort Community in Apache Junction, AZ. 

  Previous experience in RV park or Mobile Home Community management is a must. Must love working with people.  Indoor skills needed would be experienced in MS Word and Excel, reservation experience, banking deposits, good people skills.  The outdoor skills would be light electrical and plumbing, meter reading, grounds keeping, pool care, some landscaping and helping RVers back in. Hours are 9-4 in the on season. 9-12 off season

This position comes with wages, home and utilities credit.  Wages dependent upon experience. This is a seasonal park, so activity is very light in the summer tme.
