We are 45 minutes from Medford, 30 minutes from Klamath Falls and about an hour from Ashland.  It's rural yet not far from the urban convenience.  It has been a destination for outdoor activities like fishing, boating, birding, snow mobile for many family with over 100 years of history.  This is an established business with new management, we look for individuals and working couple with great flexibility to manage business priority so we can launch the business successfully.  The desired couple to have great zeal and passion for guest services, dedication to the day-to-day operation of the business, and have basic understanding on ways to improve the rating of resort and the restaurant.  The resort has a restaurant, hotel room, cabin, RV park and boating facilities.  Candidate must be pleasant, honest, courteous, hospitable with commitment, zeal and passion for the business.  Opportunity to reside in all utilities paid facility. 

Business Role:

-Couple with experience in running or managing a restaurant successfully

-Manage Resort Front Desk & provide exceptional guest service

-Provide accurate reporting of cash register and clear reporting of reservation

-Ensure smooth day-to-day resort operation

-Strong ability to work with latest technology, booking platform, and other business software 

-Perform cleaning and maintenance of the resort store 

-Certain level of creativity and latitude is expected

-Oversees the works of others like housekeepers, ground keepers, pest control vendors, restaurant tenancy or operation.

-Ability to build strong relationship with guests and employees and establish high standard of work quality.

-Active and able to connect with local businesses

-Perform variety of tasks, including housekeeping (housekeeper no show or during slow season) as and when required

Restaurant & Project/Maintenance Role:

I'm looking for a hands-on restaurant manager during peak season and able to do handywork project during low season

-Previously run and operate restaurant and understand the budgeting expect of the business

-Ability to craft restaurant menu and schedule employees hour effectively 

-Great understanding on the working order of the front and backend of the restaurant

-know how to cook and how to operate the restaurant bar 

When the restaurant is not in full operation (slow season between November to March):

-Ability to plan and conduct working project to maintain, improve and expand the property

-Maintain and upkeep the property

-Implement and oversee the security of the property

-Perform variety of tasks including frontline tasks as and when required

-Good understanding of technology 

-Has the ability to operate as a cook or bar tender during slow season (short breakfast hour few days a week or short dinner hours few days a week)

Preferably a couple or someone who has previously work in restaurant and hospitality business and understand the nature of this business lifestyle.  Successful candidates/couple will be provided with all utilities paid (PGE, water, wifi-limited, no cable) accommodation & $3500 pay/month. (negotiable depending on experience) We will also provide one week hotel room at the resort for family visit accomodation during low season between November - March subject to availability for eligible employees.  This property is in remote location in the middle of the woods and by the lake, we look for individual who are independant with his or her own truck and enjoy nature, it's a heavenly place for nature lovers.

Camp Hosts - Cook/Handyman - Klamath Falls, OR

Our resort is 45 minutes from Medford, 30 minutes from Klamath Falls and about an hour from Ashland.  It's rural yet not far from the urban convenience.  It has been a destination for outdoor activities like fishing, boating, birding, and hiking for many family with over 100 years of history.  We look for a couple with their own trailer or RV who want to be the Camp Hosts.  You will be working for 5 days a week, 3 days to trade for space, all utilities paid (water, electricity, wifi-limited) facility and if you work more than 3 days, you will be paid seperately. The position will be available from April - Oct 2018.

  The role and responsibilities for Camp Hosts are:

- maintenance work, ground keeping, housekeeping, restaurant work, boating help, customer services and be flexible to perform tasks as per required.

Assistant Manager Couple - Estes Park, CO

We are seeking a Assistant Manager couple for a 110 site resort starting May 1st, 2018. Knowledge of Campground Master Reservation system preferred and could result in higher pay, skills in reporting, budgeting employee hours, and overseeing resort expenses.

Maintenance: Must have lots of knowledge in at least one of the following; carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. You will be requirement to maintain the pool/spa operation, landscaping, propane dispensing, soliciting bids from outside contractors and general running of the RV Park day to day operations. This could be a year round position. Future advancement to management positions for the right candidates. Compensation will be 10.20 for all hours worked with the first 5 hours a week each toward the site and carrying of phone 2 nights a week which includes FHU RV site, access to wifi and discounted propane will be provided. 32-40 hours per week each. Interested individuals/couples need to submit resume, pictures of themselves and pictures of their RV, vehicle and pets. Background/credit checks are required.

Houseparent Couple - Zachary, LA

Seeking a mission minded couple with no more than 2 dependent children to function as parents to 6 middle and high school boys residing at Heritage Ranch Christian Children's Home. Houseparents assist the Counselor in the running the therapeutic program in the homes they live in and manage the day-to-day operations of the boy's home. Houseparents are responsible for maintaining communication with parents/guardians, schools, doctors, etc. Houseparents work with the Counselor to create a therapeutic environment which will promote healing and nurturing for each child on campus. They also provide behavior modification, directed by the Counselor, tutor, plan activities and events, advise and teach the youth to work through daily problems that may arise, and identify spiritual needs. 

The houseparents are provided with a two-bedroom/one bathroom, private living quarters within the boys home. The houseparents will receive every other weekend and weekday off-time off as well as 7 weeks of paid holiday and vacation time. This is a full-time position that includes a salary, housing, food, utilities, and paid time off. 

The qualified couple will need to be at least 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma/GED; college degree preferred. Two years post high school job experience required; previous work in child care agency is preferred. 

 

Maintenance And Office Help - Golden , CO

We are looking for energetic, hardworking couples for Workcamping,32 - 40 hours a week. Duties include Office Maintenance and some housekeeping. Office (Answering Phones, Check in and out Guests, Opening & Closing office, etc.) Campground Master Experience a plus. Outside Maintenance applicant must be skilled in at least one of the following: Electrical-Plumbing-Carpentry.

Compensation: In Exchange for 10 hours per week per person we will supply you with a full hook up site including electricity, access to wifi, and discounted propane, all other hours will be paid at $10.20/ hour. Season runs from April/May 2018 to Mid-October or longer possibly 2018. Background and credit check required.
