Loving Live-in Caregivers for Intelligent Older Woman - Cooperstown, NY

Loving couple wanted to care for my intelligent, and capable Mother-in-law, in her home.

My Mother-in-law is an educated ex-nurse, who loves gardening and her dogs.  She is unable to drive, but loves to go to the farmer's market, shopping, and to get her nails done.  She has awesome stories and is easy to relate to.

She is physically disabled, using a walker, and motorized scooter the majority of the time to get around, but is capable of walking most places in and around the house by herself.  She will need help getting around, so a valid driver's license is a must.  Although she is an independent woman, her caregiver is responsible for overseeing a healthy and tasty diet that aligns with her doctor's orders, as well as a workout routine that she can stick to.

Upkeep of a tidy house and your personal living quarters, transportation to and from appointments, as well as general errands and tasks around the house are expected, so the candidates must be physically capable, be neat and organized, and ready and willing to help!

Living arrangments can be discussed after interview, but job would include room and salary based on experience.

Seeking a onsite Community Manager (Manufactured Home Community team)
two - person management team to share housing on site.

Reports to: Regional Manager. Primary responsibilities are sales, marketing, advertising, collections, occupancy, community maintenance, staff and resident relations, and expense control for assigned Community. This position is full time, and offers a full benefits package plus housing.

• Sell new, used and foreclosed homes
• Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans
• Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate
• Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income
• Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns
• Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team
• Recruit, train and develop Staff
• Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities
• Communicate and manage policies and procedures

• Protect and maintain Company assets
