Property Caretaker / Maintenance Team - Caledon area, ON

Property caretaker and maintenance team best suited for a couple who lives in the Caledon area and is available 12 months of the year.  Required motivated individuals that are willing and able to complete various tasks and work without direct supervision and respond to last minute request(s).

Performs property maintenance: 

·       Required grounds keeping duties including, but not limited to; mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, planting, fertilizing, pruning, aeration and watering. 

·       Property clean up (seasonal) and trash removal.

·       Perform reclamation efforts such as falling dead trees and seeding as needed. 

·       Provides house cleaning, laundry, grocery & house shopping as needed.

·       Must have relevant maintenance experience, handyman skills (repair), household skills and must be willing to perform last minute tasks.

·       Position requires to be physical and able to work outdoors (all types of weather, uneven terrain; be able to safely operate machinery, power and hand tools, work safely with cleaning agents; be able to perform moderate to heave lifting and carrying supplies). 

·       Fluent in English; superior communication skills; able to trouble shoot and problem solve.

·       Valid driver’s license.

Working Couple Needed for RV Park - Central Coast, CA

Prime location in beautiful wine country!

RV park near beach on central coast of California seeking an experienced front office person (year-round) to handle phones, reservations, payments, customer service, and basic bookkeeping. Reservation software experience is desired, and attention to detail is critical. Must be focused, professional, and great with all types of guest personalities/issues.  If you are a  working couple, other person would be working maintenance/landscaping - same days. 

3-4 days per week (21-28 hours per week) in low season, with 4-5 days in high season (up to 35 hours). Full hookup space, all utilities, laundry, wages for all hours worked, and PTO.

Camphost Couple - Mossleigh, AB

We are seeking a camphost couple to join three other couples for a Camphost position in Mossleigh Alberta. 45 miles southeast of Calgary. This position is a couple position for the months of May 1 until September 30, 2018. This is not an ordinary camphost position, but a traintastic experience. We boast of a 120 campsite campground with a fully operational themed train that runs during the spring and summer until December 24th through the prairies. We also have a gift store & garden centre as well as a tavern and pullman dining car restaurant.

If you are passionate about your work and love working with others in a team approach we would love to have you join us. We try to give our campers a positive and enjoyable experience. We require 25 - 30 hrs a week of work on a rotating schedule, which includes greeting and registering campers, operation of campstore and on-line registration system, cleaning camp sites & washrooms & general maintenance of grounds. Some lifting is required. Basic computer skills are also required. Remuneration includes a full hookup site, use of laundry services. We also provide a contract wage of $1500 per month.

Work camping help for Spring Summer 2018 season near the Grand Canyon - Williams, AZ

We are hiring for the Spring/Summer 2018 season. We are located just 50 miles from the Grand Canyon. Join us. We need office, housekeeping, parking/customer service and maintenance help.

We offer a 30 amp space for 20 hours for each adult in your RV. We will train you and provide a uniform shirt. You bring your own running and in good condition RV. Please have some experience working with people and a good work ethic. Electrical, plumbing, painting, general maintenance, customer servise and computer skills are all a plus. 

This is NOT Phoenix. We are at 6800+ ft in the mountains near Flagstaff. Come enjoy the elevation and cool weather in the last hold out for the I40 and RT 66.
