Motel Manager Couple - Sequim, WA

We are seeking a hard working couple to manage a small motel in Sequim, Washington, on the Olympic Peninsula. The couple chosen will be expected to contribute to our commitment to high quality guest services. You must be able to comply with all motel policies and government regulations while meeting or exceeding financial goals. 

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily motel operation
• Maintain knowledge of room availability at all times for present and future dates
• Ensure the productivity and efficiency of all employees
• Control payroll costs while ensuring sufficient coverage at any given time
• Pro-actively utilize and generate reporting tools
• Identify, report, and schedule repairs
• Perform routine maintenance

Requirements: 
• Detail oriented self starters and motivators. 
• Prior experience in a motel environment 
• Excellent personal computer and communication skills. 
• Must be available 24 hours a day as needed.
