Management couple for managing rental villas on small holiday park in Ardeche, France - Vallon-Pont-d'Arc

We are searching for a couple who likes a challenge! We rent out 25 villas (with and without private pool) on a beautiful holiday park close to Vallon-pont-d'arc. 
The current managing couple decided to return to the Netherlands before July 20th, so we urgently need a new management couple there!

The work would be mostly to receive the guests (mostly on Saturdays) and make sure they have a great holiday. Furthermore, the managers would take care of the
cleaning and maintain the gardens and pools by hiring gardeners, cleaning ladies etc. Also, the logistic of the washing of the bed linen and towels is in your hands. 
We offer a good monthly payment and housing on the park in a lovely house. Plus you would be working in a great and enthusiastic team that will support you all the way and are always there to help you out. 
The job would start late July and will last until the end of October at least.

What is Required

 

We require an enthusiastic and experienced individual or couple to live onsite and run the Bed and Breakfast for a minimum of 3 months (longer period preferable), whilst present owners are away. 

 

Must have the right to live/stay in Cyprus for the period

 

Must be able to drive

 

Willingness to maintain and clean property themselves to current high standards (no additional cleaning staff employed)

 

Fluent English Speaker, other languages helpful

 

Must be warm, friendly and hospitable

 

Willingness to learn about local culture

 

Role includes:

 

-  Receiving and Hosting guests

- Preparing and Cooking Breakfasts

- Cleaning and servicing of rooms, communal spaces and wider villa 

- Buying supplies 

- Linen/Towel Cleaning 

- Maintenance of Gardens, swimming pool and basic maintenance of wider property

- Work with owners to receive and organise bookings 

- Basic Book Keeping

Looking for capable, positive, energetic people who can jump in to different departments when needed, preferably having campground experience.

We are offering a workamper exchange program starting at 25/hrs per week per person to pay for your site. Any hours on top of that can be contracted for a monthly stipend with the owner after a 30-day trial period. Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of a very large, formal, estate. Applicants must be able to work well in a team environment and be a self-motivated perfectionist. Applicants must also be willing to work a flexible schedule that could change on occasion. Primary Interior Responsibilities:

• Total estate cleaning and performance of deep-clean projects
