Individual or Couple required for Bed and Breakfast Opportunity in Beautiful Family-Run Villa - Limassol

We currently operate 6 ensuite rooms inclusive of use of the house amenities and a full continental/cooked breakfast. The villa is also occassionally hired out for yoga retreats, events or weddings upon special request and negotiation. 

The Bed and Breakfast Our retreat is a beautiful luxury villa lovingly designed and built by the owners as a family home, which now operates as a very successful Bed and Breakfast. It is located in a quiet village, nestled in a valley with stunning mountain views, 10 minutes from the popular seaside tourist destination of Limassol. It is ideally located to access many of the island’s most popular destinations and beaches whilst being a perfect secluded haven in itself.  It has now been operating for 3 years where the owners have built up an excellent reputation based on a welcoming, personable and family feel matched by high quality and comfortable amenities. It is currently number one on Tripadvisor and has a 9.7/10 rating on booking.com, with many guests now returning year on year.

What is Required

 

We require an enthusiastic and experienced individual or couple to live onsite and run the Bed and Breakfast for a minimum of 3 months (longer period preferable), whilst present owners are away. 

 

Must have the right to live/stay in Cyprus for the period

 

Must be able to drive

 

Willingness to maintain and clean property themselves to current high standards (no additional cleaning staff employed)

 

Fluent English Speaker, other languages helpful

 

Must be warm, friendly and hospitable

 

Willingness to learn about local culture

 

Role includes:

 

-  Receiving and Hosting guests

- Preparing and Cooking Breakfasts

- Cleaning and servicing of rooms, communal spaces and wider villa 

- Buying supplies 

- Linen/Towel Cleaning 

- Maintenance of Gardens, swimming pool and basic maintenance of wider property

- Work with owners to receive and organise bookings 

- Basic Book Keeping 

 

 What's Included/What we can offer

 

- Onsite private accommodation with all bills included 

- Full-time access to car (fuel allowance for business purposes)

- Full use of amenities and inclusive of Breakfast

- Salary 1200 Euro/Couple/Month

- Commission based on additional bookings/maintenance of rating (to be discussed/negotiated)

- Future Opportunities for you to bring in new services/develop business (once basic maintenance of ratings established)
