We are looking to add members to our team - someone to help in our onsite office/leasing and someone to help in maintenance/remodeling. Couples and individuals are both welcome to apply. Applicant(s) do not have to be over 55. We are open to part-time or full-time hours.

Our community is located near I-4 and US-27 in Davenport, Florida (near Disney World) and has approximately 300 small homes. We operate similar to an apartment community. The homes are rented on a yearly basis, and we provide all of the maintenance. The majority of our homes are occupied by seasonal/winter, "snowbird," Residents. Our community is age restricted, for 55 and older.

We would like someone/couple to live onsite in one of our 1 bedroom homes. We are a 100% NON-smoking property, so applicant(s) must be non-smokers. One cat or dog under 25 lbs at maturity is allowed. (A second cat will be considered.)

We provide residential services to children of all ages who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.  Our primary focus is to keep sibling groups together in a safe, stable, home-like environment until more permanent placement can be provided. 

We are currently recruiting for single and/or couple House Parents.  Our House Parent(s) are involved in teaching social skills, self-help skills, and independent living skills. House Parents administer the day-to-day operations of a family residence including documentation and domestic responsibilities.

House Parents working schedule is 7 days/nights onsite/7 days/nights off.

$50,000 annually, plus $400 monthly Housing Allowance per couple!

 Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of up to 12 children in a home along with direct care staff on campus.
• Provide teaching, education and support to children to ensure stability and opportunities for growth, including life skills and assistance with homework.
• Provide behavior modification and interventions for children who may require it and who may display behavioral issues.
• Complete all documentation as required to include staffing notes and daily logs.
• Assist with coordinating activities for children within the facility.  This will include transportation, supervision and participation.
•  Provide transportation and supervision as needed for children to appointments within the     community.
• Assist in maintaining and caring for houses, this includes cleaning and preparing meals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience within social services and direct care of child welfare.
• Appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, professionals and children.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to document appropriately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DCF background screening.

Cabin Maintenance and Cleaning in exchange for FHU trailer site - Oakley, UT

Looking for a couple to maintain and clean two cabins for 10 hours per week per person in exchange for full hookups on a trailer pad on a 1/2 acre mountain lot through late October/early November.

We own two cabins and cabin lot next door. The lot has a trailer pad with a septic tank, water and power. We need someone to maintain the cabin properties and clean the cabins. Maintenance would include mowing and trimming the lawn and general cleanup. Cleaning would include household cleaning on a regular basis and after guests visit the cabins.

The 1/2 acre lot is located in a gated cabin community in Weber Canyon a stone's throw from the Weber River, 4 miles from Smith Morehouse Reservoir, 9 miles from the quaint town of Oakley and 25 miles from Park City. The lot has a gas grill and a shed for storage. The area is quite and peacful.
