Live-in Couple Housekeeper and GroundsKeeper - Denver, CO

Beautiful, large south Denver Estate is looking for an experienced Full-Time, Live-in pair/team for a Housekeeper/Groundskeeper.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of a very large, formal, estate. Applicants must be able to work well in a team environment and be a self-motivated perfectionist. Applicants must also be willing to work a flexible schedule that could change on occasion. The housekeeper will report to the owner’s and owner’s representative.

Primary Interior Responsibilities:

• Total estate cleaning and performance of deep-clean projects
• Strong knowledge of rotational cleaning procedures
• Cleaning and care of fine furnishings and materials
• Laundry
• Grocery shopping
• Cooking
• Other household duties as needed/requested

Primary Exterior Responsibilities:

• Grounds keeping (gardening, pulling weeds, watering, cleaning, etc.)
• Painting
• Minor repairs
• Minor plumbing
• Coordinating work with contractors
• Other duties as needed/requested

Applicant Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of high-level housekeeping experience in a private home is mandatory
• Excellent references from past employers
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be able to make a long-term commitment
• Able to work well in a team environment and have a very positive attitude
• Must be able to pass background check
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, lift as required to complete tasks

Position Includes:

• Base wage
• One bedroom/studio apartment with private access
• Free utilities
