Senior couple seeking a married couple to help with the care of their country home.  The position will also include some meal preparation and maintenance/upkeep/care of their 40-50 acre property.  There are 3 homes located on this property; theirs, their daughter's, and a 3 bedroom home for you.  However, you are only responsible for the one home.

This home is non-smoking and they have no pets...although you might be able to have one in your home. The home is 11,000 sq. ft., 3 floors, and does have an elevator.  

They are seeking someone who can provide deep cleaning, has a pleasant demeanor, non-smoking, non-drinking, dependable, honest, and trustworthy.  Responsibilities will also include some meal preparation (although they enjoy going out to dinner), laundry, packing for travel, organization, keeping a watchful eye on two really nice people and maybe help with medication.  This couple should be able to work on their own and take direction without resentment.  The husband’s responsibilities will include light maintenance, lawn mowing, some gardening, and help with errands and any heavy cleaning and/or cooking. In other words, we want you to work as a team and to help each other.

Fort Ross Lodge is currently seeking a couple for housekeeping/maintenance to live in a small 1 bed 1 bath apartment.

This is a full-time seasonal position and offers a $12 hourly wage for all hours worked daily duties as follows: clean rooms, laundry, groundskeeping/landscaping and light maintenance. Boutique Motel in the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a live-in Housekeeper and Front Desk Clerk to work a 19-unit renovated motel located in Manitou Springs, CO. We are a senior Labrador sanctuary located in North Florida on 7.5 beautiful, seculded acres.  We are approximately 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Panama City.  We rescue and provide care and a forever home for these forgotten babies in their golden years.  We have two full hookup (50amp) RV sites on the property and would like to find a long term, year round caretaker couple or individual to help us in exchange for one of the sites.  

Your responsibilites would include one to two feedings a day, keeping their area clean and giving them all of the love that they can handle.  There may be some light maintenance included from time to time but nothing major would be required or expected.  There are always projects to be done as we are growing so if you get bored and want to help we will not turn you away...  You would be sharing the daily duties with one other couple for at least 6 months during the year.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live In Caretaker Couple for Private House in Florida - Windermere, FL

Live-in couple sought for a private residence in Windermere Florida.

The property is a second home and the owners are seeking a live-in couple to manage all aspects of running the property to a very high standard while they are not in residence.   Accordingly, the role includes all daily interior domestic duties as well as general daily exterior maintenance and small repairs, as well as coordination/oversight of various tradesmen providing services to the property, such as weekly gardeners, pool cleaners etc. When the owners are in residence, duties will include all of the above as well as assistance with food preparation and entertaining duties.

The position includes the use by the couple of a fully seperate one bedroom apartment, with all utilities and similar costs paid for by the employer.  Prevous similar experience essential.  At least two references and a driving license will be a required.  Live-in applicants only.  Applicants must be non-smokers and fluency in English is essential.  No pets and no children.  Applicants must have existing status or right to work in the USA.  Applicants without such staus/rights will not be considered.

Aggregate salary of $45k per annum offered for the couple.
