We are looking for a professional live-in management team to run a 23-room motel located in the beautiful Clark Fork River Valley in the Glacier Tourism Region of NW Montana. The motel business is the hospitality business. The management team's job is to take care of the customer - while keeping the property profitable, maintained and clean. This is a full-time, year round opportunity.
Motel Operations
Assist with laundry and housekeeping
Purchase supplies
Work with vendors and suppliers
Follow all state and federal health codes
Attend annual Montana Lodging & Hospitality Association conference
Guest Relations
Manage all elements of the front desk - taking reservations, checking guests in and out
Assisting guests
Answering phones
Manage OTA (Booking.com and Expedia.com) reservations
Staff Management
Hiring and managing staff
Follow all state and federal employment laws
Inspecting what is expected in the rooms to keep quality standards high
Manage staffing schedule
Staff annual reviews
Sales and Marketing
Calling on companies that are doing projects in the area, solicit their business
Calling on companies that have stayed with us previously, solicit their business
Negotiating rates
Daily Facebook, Twitter and Google Posts (can be prescheduled)
Manage special event sponsorships, verify fulfillment
Manage advertising
Mange website
Bookkeeping
Manage all direct billing invoicing and receivables
Manage and communicate payroll company
Manage monthly OTA reconciliations (Booking.com & Expedia.com)
Daily deposits
Manage motel on budget
Weekly reporting to owners
Maintenance
Regular room inspections
Manage regular maintenance requirements
Manage hiring appropriate professionals when needed (plumbers, electricians)
Keep grounds maintained, grass watered and mowed, bushes trimmed
Qualifications:

Hospitality experience preferred but not required

Must be computer literate - Office, Google Docs, learn reservation POS (Quickbooks a bonus)

Onsite Management/Maintenance team for Small RV Park - Rockport, TX

IMMEDIATE OPENING for a permanent part-time position for a Couple to manage a small RV park in Rockport, TX.
The park opened in March of 2012. The Rockport area is a beautiful resort area on the Texas Gulf Coast that was recently hit by Hurricane Harvey. The park has been repaired and has been up and running since Oct 1st 2017 and is full at this time. The town however, will be recovering for some time. This is a permanent year round position with part time hours and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. We are seeking a couple with skills and a long-term desire to commit to the needs of the guests and to uphold the standards and policies of the owners. Highest quality of integrity required. Previous park experience with Campground Master is a plus This is an onsite position and you need to have your own RV. We have 53 sites and 4 cabins. As a team you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the park. We run Campground Master Software to handle the park reservations and income for the park. You will also be responsible for cleaning the small activity room and two bathrooms and the 4 cabins as needed. The cabins are one room and bathroom similar to a studio apartment. There are two small pools, side by side that need to be cared for (we have an awesome dolphin robotic cleaner). You will also be taking care of the grounds and monitoring the septic system. We have a zero turn mower and they currently mow the park in one day. There is some weed eating to be done, but we spray to kill weeds in certain areas. There is also the minor handyman maintenance to handle but all major maintenance is handled by the park owners. This is a monthly park with only occasional daily or weekly guest. Thirty-six of our 53 sites are rented year round to guest who are mostly fishermen and while their RV’s are here, they are mainly just here on weekends. The other sixteen sites are rented six month in the summer and 5-6 months in the winter. We are fully booked and have a waiting list to get into our park. This is an easy park to manage and is mostly a part-time job. The office is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and open 10 - 4 (closed for an hour for lunch) on Thursday – Saturday and Monday and only open 10 – 1 on Sunday. Weekends are our busiest time as most of our guests are in the part on the weekends. The position offers you a full hook up site to include electric, water, cable TV & Wi-Fi as part of your pay package, along with a bi-weekly salary.

We are a quiet and family friendly campground, but we are growing. We just added 18 campsites, so we need to add some muscle and brains to our team. Specifically, we need a “handy” maintenance person to help with improvement project around the campground, and if possible we could use a friendly "host" who is great with people and able help us with administrative work. We are looking for a property caretaker to help manage our 34 acre family vacation home rental in Estes Park, Colorado. The property is very unique and includes main home, 3 rustic cabins, a newly built cabin, 2 barns and stocked pond. The ideal candidate(s) would be an all-around handyman that lives in Estes Park or closely surrounding area that will work an average of 20-30 hours (hours vary based on season). Property Caretaker would oversee and execute the daily operations and tasks to keep fully property in working order. This position is also responsible for overseeing third party vendors and contractors. We currently have a couple that helps out part time with coordinating maintenance and cleaning after rentals but we would love to find someone or a couple that can bring most of these tasks in house instead of outsourcing to multiple contractors in the area. This is a family property and we want to find someone who will care for it as their own.
Responsibilities
