Charged with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds, The Maintenance Manager must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service. The right candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action in addition to having experience in the following skill sets:
• Basic carpentry skills
• Hanging modular cabinets
• Trim work
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Tiling
• Sheet-rocking
• Provide & maintain own tools
• Valid NJ driver's license
• Appliance repair
• Experience in painting

It is a high fence Ranch with abundant wildlife, native and exotic deer, fresh air and beautiful sunsets. We have been working hard building and have turned it into a very nice resort getaway.
We have 7 fully equipped cabins and 12 full hook up Rv sites; and each one is nestled in a private wooded area. We have other amenities on the property including a General Store, large pavilion, swimming pool, hot tub, saloon, A large fire pit and lots of walking trails for viewing the wildlife. We are equipped for weddings , family reunions ,girls weekends and maybe a little wine and chocolate while sitting in the hot tub. We have the most beautiful open skies with lots of stars!
We are currently looking for an energetic, reliable couple who enjoy nature and meeting new people to help us manage this property and have some fun along the way! We are needing a couple with experience in hospitality, landscaping/gardening, basic property maintenance including plumbing and electrical work and basic office procedures and programs. We would love a couple with skills of Mgmt ,Hospitality,Smiles, along with maintenance including the basics; plumbing,electrical, House keeping.
