Maintenance duties include weed eating, firepit cleanout, grass cutting, trash pickup, and light carpentry. The right candidates will be upbeat, self-motivated, and hard working. Singles earn up to $1000 per month. Couples earn up to $1800 per month. You will also receive a 30 AMP site, no water/no sewer. Candidates must be physically able to perform job duties. Couple for Live-in Motel Manager Position - Moab, UT

Seeking a couple with experience in managing all aspects of running a motel including the personnel (4-10 part time employees depending on season), financial operations (including payroll, purchasing supplies, bi-monthly payroll/reports, w-4's etc), daily operations and all other activities of managing a motel. Basic background in mathematics and accounting.

Excellent customer service and the ability to continue to boost the number of excellent online ratings are the #1 responsibilities of the managers.

Deal with customer complaints and concerns.

Administering front-office duties including greeting and registering guests, online bookings, collecting and recording monies, hiring and firing motel staff when necessary.

The managers must be able to build and maintain relationships with motel vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Maintenance/ handy-man skills to keep the motel in excellent condition.

Owner provides a two bedroom, 2-story apartment on site.

RV Park work campers needed - Pagosa Springs, CO

Looking for multiple couples to fill work camping positions in Pagosa Springs, Colorado for summer 2019.

We have a pretty active RV park for our size and need grounds maint. workers, cabin cleaners, reservation check-in and check-out help and help

escorting our RV guests to there RV site and help with parking if needed. Shower/bath house and laundry facility cleaning. Lots of plants and flowers to water as well as lots of grass to mow and water. Beautiful RV park just 10 minutes from Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

FHU available in exchange for work for the right people with the experience we are looking for. Must be good with customer relations and willing to be a team player with everyone working together to ensure that our guests have a positive camping experience.

We do have a 5th wheel trailer available for employee housing for the right couple needing a place to live for the summer and also a old farm house that can be lived in with a little TLC needed to make it comfortable and could use a handyman for paint and repairs and minor fixing.

ATV & Small Motor Mechanic - Ten Sleep, WY

ATV & Small Motor Mechanic ... full time (Guest Ranch in Ten Sleep, WY)

compensation: $24,000 per year plus benefits, plus housing, plus tip pool participation
employment type: full-time

Includes major repairs, rebuilding of small motors and components as well as regular maintenance. Need to be well organized, and cost conscious. Able to find best parts sources and upgrade and improve ATV's, dirt bikes, side by sides. Automotive skills a plus, but most work will be on small engine vehicles, mowers, chain saws, generators, etc. in large, clean shop.

Must be Responsible and with Good Judgement. Large shop for Ranch as well as secondary shop for ATV's. Fleet is large and mostly new equipment. Begin ASAP, all year job. Work week is normally 5 1/2 days per week. Please do not apply if not experienced, if you use any tobacco products or illegal substances. Excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hunting, fishing, out of doors on 28,000+ acre working cattle & Guest Ranch. Many amenities on Ranch with 6 families living on Ranch full time. Spouse/partner can join the Guest Ranch Team in one of many areas from Accounting/Payables/Payroll to Wrangler, gardener, housekeeping, organizing guest activities, kitchen steward, guest guide, and other options. Excellent small school and other Ranch families with children.

General Labor - Chippewa Falls, WI

My wife Suman and I are taking over a Campground in Chippewa Falls, WI after the previous owners decided to sell and retire.

We have had a very busy year - getting married in August, planning the move this spring and expecting our first child in May!

We met in Colorado working at a ski resort. I worked in event operations and she in event sales.

When we decided to get married, we wanted to raise our kids closer to family - hers in Superior, WI and mine in Batavia, IL.

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and Suman shared my dream of starting an event venue.

After searching for a suitable parcel of land, we found Pine Harbor for sale and agreed this might be the first step towards our dream.

The campground has 45 sites on 10 acres. Currently, 15 of those sites are occupied by seasonal campers.

We are open from May-mid October.

We have flush toilets, free showers and coin operated laundry.

We are known for a family friendly, clean atmosphere and I intend to keep that reputation.

I have spent the past summer learning from the former owner/camp host so as to continue the success the campground has had for so many years.

Admittedly, I have never run a campground myself, but the seasonal campers have been very helpful.

However, I would feel much more comfortable with a little more help.

I do not have any employees and am not setup to pay wages for work.

Therefore, trading a campsite for chores is my best option.

One of the seasonal couples camp for free in exchange for helping out a bit.

The wife primarily cleans the bathroom and the husband helped mow the lawn, bundle wood and collect garbage and recycling.

By the end of the season, though, the husband started to get back trouble from bundling and the hours were adding up to unreasonable amounts.

I agreed to take on 100% of the wood responsibilities, but I am still concerned about overworking them.

I am looking for extra help to decrease the burden of work.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing the lawn

Cleaning bathrooms/showers

Raking pine needles and leaves

Collecting garbage and recycling

Checking in campers

We currently have 4 seasonal sites open and you would have first pick.

The sites are very spacious, include water, electric and sewer.
