We are in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri needs friendly, energetic couples as workcampers for the 2019 season March/April – October.

 Looking for customer service oriented couples to help with all aspects of campground operation, including grounds keeping, maintenance, office operations & housekeeping. Experience with electric, mechanical & plumbing helpful. Work approximately 20 hours per week per couple in exchange for a full hook up site, propane & laundry allowance.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for cleaning, grounds keeping, and providing maintenance to all areas of our Camping Resort.
This is a seasonal position available for the peak season which begins in March, and continues thru the fall/winter shoulder season. Working schedule may include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs and may vary week to week.

Job Functions:

• Detailed cleaning of cabins, bath houses and public spaces
• Picking up trash
• Cleaning fire pits
• Operating lawn equipment to include lawn mowers, string trimmers, chain saws, and hedge saws
• General Maintenance
• Washing dishes and doing laundry
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
• Provide guest site escort as needed by front desk team

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Additional Qualifications:

• Organizational skills
• Positive, professional employee and guest relations skills
• Capable of working alone and as a team.  Must be a self starter
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
• Must be able to clean 6 to 8 cabins within a specified time period

Working Conditions:

• Physical requirements include complete mobility and good physical conditioning, good hearing and vision, and ability to tolerate heat
• Proper footwear must be provided by employee
• Must be able to push/pull/lift a maximum of 50 lbs
• Exposure to machinery and lawn equipment
• Ability to safely use chemicals in and around the work place meeting OSHA standards

Manager Couple Wanted - Estes Park, CO

We are seeking an a Manager couple for a 110 site resort starting May 1st, 2019.

Office: Knowledge of Campground Master Reservation system required. Skills in reporting, budgeting employee hours, and overseeing resort expenses. Maintenance: Must have knowledge in the following. Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, plumbing. You will be required to maintain the pool/spa operation, landscaping, propane dispensing and general running of the RV Park day to day operations. This could be a year round position. Compensation based on experience. FHU RV site, access to wifi and discounted propane will be provided. 40 hours per week each. All hours paid.
