We are presently looking for a work camping couple to work at our 103 Space RV Campground and Deli. The main position we have open is for a maintenance person with strong maintenance background that would be responsible for yard work, cleaning of bathrooms and grounds, some plumbing and electrical. We also need a camp host / clerk.

We are located in Northern California on the coast. The job pays $11.00 an hour for every hour worked and offers a full hookup site for $300.00 a month. The job is from May to Early October of 2019. The owner would like any potential employees to come out check out the area and interview before hire. 

Property Manager(s) - Leadville, CO

Our property is an RV park in downtown Leadville, CO. We have 27 RV spots with mostly monthly tenants and 5 Tiny Houses that we rent out by the night. Manager's on-going duties include greeting guests, answering calls, bi-monthly electric readings, checking on bathhouse and laundry, communicating with cleaners, use of plow in winter.

Tiny House guests sometimes need asssistance getting into the tiny houses and have various questions about them. We are new owners of the park and are looking to make improvements. Some can be completed if you have basic handyman/contractor skills, other larger projects we would have contractors come out and you would oversee contractors. Start date is mid-late August.

Business Role:

-Manage Front Desk & guest service

-Upkeep common ground, mow lawn, yard work and landscape related tasks

-Maintain all lighting of the property

-Keep good record of maintenance equipments, building supplies and working tools

-Keep an eye on the security of the property

-Perform variety of tasks as and when required

Chef assistant + Gardener for a farm to table experience in Italy - Allerona, Orvieto Umbria

Beautiful farmhouse in Umbria run by an Italian Chef (english speaking), is looking for positive, jolly and hard working couple or two friends for seasonal work from the end of June until end of September 2019.

We are running a garden to plate experience. We are looking for two people: chef's assistant and gardener position. On the kitchen side : food shopping, food prep, catering, assistant in cooking classes ( paid job) confidence in a kitchen required. On the garden side: taking care of the vegetable garden, cutting grass, general garden maintenance . Free separate accommodation in beautiful farmhouse with stunning view of the Umbrian country side.
