IL: Midwest Summer Campground Job - Chatham, IL

Are you starting to think about next this summer? It is time to look for work campers for the 2019 season.
We are a Good Sam 10-10-10 rated park (3 years in a row), and looking for campers to help in the Camp Store/Registration for the 2019 season.
Workers have plenty of time to relax around our pool, visit the local Lincoln sites, Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, Hannibal and many other spots a short drive or train ride away.
Our beautiful 125 site park on 25 wooded acres with all pull-through, full-hook up sites is always full of toursits and families relaxing in central Illinois. We swap a site for couples that help in the office and escorting at this owner occupies/maintained campground. Park is open all year, work campers needed April1-Oct 31. Limited options for singles are also available with a modified work schedule.
Duties include, working registering campers, serving customers and taking reservations (Computer Skills Required). You will also escort campers to their sites and do some light tasks, like empty trash cans, cleaning fire rings, and general park/pool clean up.
In exchange for a full hook up site, couples work 2 six hour shifts per week (24 hours). We schedule couples for the same shifts all summer. No surprises finding out when you work next week.

There are quarters provided for the innkeeper (s). We offer a base pay plus a percentage of the gross revenue, We are also looking for an individual (s) who would like to operate their own restaurant in our beautiful 68 seat restaurant facility (with a complete commercial kitchen).
Work Campers Needed - Hico, TX

Looking for a motivated team ready to perform every duty in this fun little campground in TX. Duties include: cleaning vintage trailers, safari tents, fire pits, bathrooms, etc. to handling registrations, cutting grass, weed eating, landscaping, painting, building and grounds maintenance, and additional duties necessary to keep the campground operating.
We are a very small, family owned and operated campground in a cute little TX town an hour and half southwest of DFW, where the “real” west begins. We are reopening an RV park that had been closed for a number of years and transforming it into a RV Park and “Glamping experience”. We have 15 R.V. sites, 9 vintage trailers, two Safari tents and two bathhouses (under construction) with a shower and bathroom in each.
This job is part time, 24 HRS a week in exchange for FHU site. If you are part of a couple you will be splitting the 24 hours. Scheduling is flexible but must be willing to work any day of the week.

- Inspects Community common areas, models and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.
- Reviews and approves or rejects resident applications.
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards.
- Performs variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs.
- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in local business community and develops rapport with residential community.

- Ensures all on-site staff has enrolled in and completed necessary courses.
