Position Salary: $31,000 per couple annual salary, plus full-time housing, vacation and competitive benefits
Children’s Home is looking for a mission-minded, married couple that wants to make a difference in the lives of children. We are a501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides a nurturing, family style setting for up to 8 children in each of our 2 cottages.
House Parent couples oversee daily activities, including school preparation, after-school activities, meals, homework, chores, etc. They establish a structured and supportive home environment in which children/youth can thrive. But it's the constant mentorship and role modeling our houseparents offer that forever shape our children’s' lives, cultivate their character, and set them on a path to success.
In addition to their annual salary, House Parent couples receive full time housing, vacation, retirement and benefits.
Applicants must be at least 25 years of age, have a high school diploma/GED or higher, a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks. Previous work with children preferred.
