Start and end dates are flexible. Compensation: This position includes a lovely 1000 square foot stand alone 2 bedroom Cottage that is fully furnished including all appliances, fully equipped kitchen, bed furnishings, internet service, basic utilities and the distinct privacy of a beautiful secluded full 1 acre lot. (Photos available upon request) A small Monthly salary. 5 TO 6 day work weeks. Approx 3 to 5 hour work days.
Employee Profile: RETIRED COUPLE ONLY- Financially Secure- Not in need of Income and one small dog is ok. We will discuss-seeking lifestyle not income. Healthy, and fit enough to work in the Rocky Mountains at 9000 Ft. Elevation. Have a work ethic that includes meticulous attention to detail in the execution of domestic tasks. Some basic knowledge and ability to perform non-skilled homeowner maintenance tasks. Bring your own vehicle. Bring your oen lap top computer. Basic Computer Literacy: E-mail, document preparation, and simple organization skills. Have a smart phone and know how to use E-mail and TEXTING on the smart phone or be willing to aquire a smart phone (Apple I-Phone is best) and learn basic E mail and Texting skills.
