We are seeking a Retired Couples to manage the preparation of our Cabins and Cottages for in-coming guest Check-ins. This position is for late Spring to early Fall in 2019. Start and end dates are flexible. Compensation: This position includes a lovely 1000 square foot stand alone 2 bedroom Cottage that is fully furnished including all appliances, fully equipped kitchen, bed furnishings, internet service, basic utilities and the distinct privacy of a beautiful secluded full 1 acre lot. Overview: We are seeking a full time resident management team to run the facility. The position reports directly to the owners. Responsibilities include unit rental, collections, customer service, office administration and facilities upkeep. Must have a working knowledge of basic computer software and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Managers will work a five day week which includes Saturday’s, and manage part time employees. Must be personable, good communicators, motivated self-starters with a sense of urgency.
