Duties include upkeep of the whole property, very important for a 5 start Hotel. Daily Ground keeping is a must.

Front office duties. Check in/ Check out.

Active on Social Media to promote the hotel.

Answering guest email and reviews on a daily bases.

People come here to have a relaxing getaway formwork and City life, Exquisite guest interaction is necessary.

Guidance/ training will be provided.

Position Available within the next two to three weeks.

Additional Plans are made to add a message/spa package. Knowledge of the same is preferred and will be very helpful.

Wedding Planning experience preferred or should be ready to learn.

Experience of bookkeeping, accounting, and marketing.

Resident Caretaker - Lake Ozark, MO

We are located in beautiful Lake Ozark, Mo. and looking for a responsible, competent couple that would live at the park full time, year round as a Resident Caretaker.

A 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath apartment (2^nd floor) including all utilities, cable TV & Wi-Fi furnished in exchange for approximately 40 hrs per week per couple for general Camp Host duties (plus on call). Those include general maintenance (plumbing/electrical), cleaning, yard work, pool maintenance, front desk/store clerk and keep a presence when owners are absent. Must be friendly, courteous to customers & be a team player. Non smokers & no pets.

A locally owned Self-Storage Company in Idaho is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. Great opportunity to live and work together.

Duties include general office, sales, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Care Taker (or Couple) for Equine Rescue - Oakham, MA

We are a 501c3 non profit, 100% volunteer and donation driven organization.

We are seeking a caretaker position/ couple to live and work at the farm.

House size is 2600 square feet. BSER would share a down stairs bathroom and one meeting room on second floor, rest of the house is private to caretaker (there is a private bathroom for caretaker). The right candidate/s would be extremely hard-working, physically fit, responsible/ driven and able to keep up and manage the farm's needs as well as property maintanence. Daily chore shifts, farm responsibilities and property management tasks are in exchange for no house rent. Caretaker would pay for all utilities and a legal contract would be signed.

Horse handling experience is preferred. Please do not apply if you have young children, extended family living with you or smoke. Heavy drinkers and those you do drugs need not apply.
