Resident Caretaker - Lake Ozark, MO
We are located in beautiful Lake Ozark, Mo. and looking for a responsible, competent couple that would live at the park full time, year round as a Resident Caretaker.
A 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath apartment (2nd floor) including all utilities, cable TV & Wi-Fi furnished in exchange for approximately 40 hrs per week per couple for general Camp Host duties (plus on call). Those include general maintenance (plumbing/electrical), cleaning, yard work, pool maintenance, front desk/store clerk and keep a presence when owners are absent. Must be friendly, courteous to customers & be a team player. Non smokers & no pets.
