Housekeeper/Gardener - Fayetteville, NC

We are looking for a couple to perform housekeeping and gardening at our home and a small business location.

The housekeeping responsibilities can be completed in three or four workdays totaling 24 hours weekly. We have not employed a gardener in the past, but believe these responsibilities can be performed in no more than 16 hours weekly. We also have a toy poodle we need to have cared for during the workdays.

Compensation is competitive and we do treat all wages as payroll (taxes and social security are taken into consideration, withheld, paid to the IRS and NC DOR). We provide days off for holidays (unpaid) and one week of paid vacation annually. Health insurance is not provided. This is not a live-in arrangement.

We have geniune respect for people and appreciate the tasks they perform on our behalf. We are looking for a cheerful couple with a good work ethic and who are totally trustworthy. Background checks and a drug test will be required.

Full time live-in couple in Sugarloaf Key ,Florida for retired couple and 2 dogs.

You will have a beautiful new apartment on the 9 acre oceanfront property. Apt. has living room, kitchen,bedroom, bathroom , wifi, swimming pool , etc. Housekeeper will cook and assist with cooking, clean, do laundry, help care for dogs, help with small vegetable garden. Handyman will do gardening ,landscape, car wash, windows, repairs, paint touch ups, go fishing with owner. Must speak English and have at least residency papers. Must be willing to have background check. Occasionally grown children and grown grandchildren will visit. Couple will help with related activities at those times. Love of the water, boating, outdoors, plants will be great attributes.

We are hiring a couple to immediately help with the 2019 summer season. We are a gas station/store along with a coffee concession trailer that caters to campers, park visitors and hunters. It is at an elevation of 8,800 ft and is remotely located.

Duties include cashiering, stocking, custodial work, and closing duties. Along with creating espresso-based drinks, smoothies, teas, and customer service.

Pay is for all hours worked at $9.50/hr plus tips for 30-40 hours per week with same days off together.A RV site is provided for $200/month and includes electric, sewer, water and WiFi.

Campstore Retail Positions - Columbia Falls, MT

This retail outlet is located in a remote and beautiful location of Glacier National Park. You must have your own RV (self-contained) and transportation for this position. RV spot is located 11 miles from worksite. Due to our limited RV sites available for the Two Medicine Campstore, we require couples to work at this location.

This job provides a fun and exciting fast-paced retail opportunity in a beautiful setting. The Two Medicine Campstore is a retail outlet with a small food service/ coffee operation. Associates at Two Medicine must be able to work in both parts of the operation on a daily basis. It’s a small team and everyone needs to work together. We provide superior levels of guest service each and every day of our operating season. We maintain a high level of standards throughout the entire operation. Your day will consist of operating our POS (Point of Sale System), stocking, merchandising, cleaning, food prep, cooking, making espresso, washing dishes and constant guest interaction. In order to work in our retail establishments in Glacier National Park you must be a fun outgoing person that loves to interact with people. You must also be someone who takes pride in their work and excels in a busy environment. Expect to work 40-46 hours a week and be flexible in regards to scheduling.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Our Two Medicine Campstore Manager and Assistant Manager will be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and detail oriented. We are seeking a candidate that has management experience in retail, sales, or food & beverage environment. The Two Medicine Campstore Manager position must have skills in effective oral communication, accounting, computer, and POS System in addition to strong problem-solving and resolution. Must be able to pass Managers ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate and TIPS Responsible Alcohol Sales Certificate. This unique location requires to work with a small staff and not afraid to work long shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to stand/walk for a minimum eight-hour shift.
Frequently lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.
Carry boxes/product up and down stairs at most locations several times a day.
Must be able to bend down or kneel to stock product frequently during a shift.
Must be able to go up and down stairs on a regular basis during a shift.

Live in Host Couple - - Sant Pere de Ribes near Barcelona Spain

We are looking to recruit two people to work for the summer season near Barcelona, Spain. We are looking for a couple of confident, self-motivated and hardworking all-rounders, you will be a couple or two good friends to assist in the running of a beautiful Masia (Catalan farmhouse) near Sitges.

The masia is set on the side of a mountain within the Garraf Natural Park 30 minutess from Barcelona's El Prat airport and 10 minutes from Sitges and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The property runs as a B&B, there are 8 bedrooms, along with a swimming pool, on-site restaurant and bar and lots of outside areas. It is run by a family team who have previously worked winter and summer seasons and are now looking for a couple from a similar background. The work is varied and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and get a hands-on insight into running a small business.

We deliver a style of service similar to that of luxury ski chalets, so we are looking for people who truly get the informal yet professional approach to the job.

The job entails:

General maintenance

Some ad-hoc jobs such as shopping or driving

The job is a demanding one, so applicants will have to be physically fit. We would prefer non smokers but not essential. We are looking for candidates who have relevant hospitality experience i.e. ski seasons, yachting or villa work. The property is in quite a remote location (3km to nearest town) so the roles would suit people who prefer a stunning location over a more central setting. Own transport is preferable due to location

A typical day consists of laying out and serving breakfast, clearing down after service then room cleaning. The afternoons are usually free, but can involve some food and drink service. The restaurant opens at 8pm so we then set the tables and run the dinner service. The bar is attended during this time then once the restaurant service is done and the kitcen cleaned we prepare items ready for the next days breakfast service.

The accommodation is a double room with ensuite. There is WiFi access.

You will typically have one full day off per week.
