Would you like a seasonal opportunity to live and work in an outdoor enthusiasts paradise, high on top of the stunning Bighorn Mountains? Interested in working in hospitality? Wyoming High Country Lodge is seeking a friendly, motivated couple or individuals to fill out our staff for the 2019-2020 winter and summer season and beyond. The start and end date are somewhat flexible, but ideally the winter position would begin December 1st and run to the end of March. The Summer position will begin June 1st of 2020 and run through September, 2020 with potential for a full time position as well. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and paychecks are given on a monthly basis and gratuities bi-monthly. On-site housing in a clean cabin in the winter and a 30ft camper in summer is provided as well as 3 meals per day, access to the laundry facility, wifi, and use of our public wash house.
Applicants should be outgoing and very personable in order to help create a welcoming environment for lodge guests. Tasks are repetative so appplicants should be okay with the same tasks everyday. Applicants should also be in good physical condition and capable of spending most of the shift on their feet.
The daily duties of the job include but are not limited to: turning over lodge rooms and cabins after guests have checked out (making the beds, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms, and dusting), washing and folding laundry, stacking firewood/other landscaping duites, washing dishes, keeping the common areas of the lodge clean as well as the public wash house, answering the phone, and generally helping the guests to enjoy their experience at the lodge as much as possible. Cooking and food prep is needed as well. Kitchen expierence is helpful but not necessary.
We are located in a true mountain paradise, perfectly suited to someone who loves the outdoors. During free time in the winter, there is snow shoeing, x-country skiig and if you prove to responsible and capable, seasonals are allowed to used a trail sled to explore the mountain and if you are interested in Snow kiting we have a few of those as well to try out. Sitting by the fire in the our greath room is also nice during you time off. During free time in the summer, there are endless hiking trails around the lodge, beautiful waterfalls, wildlife viewing opportunities, and lots of places to take amazing photos. The closest town is about 30 miles away from the lodge, so we are truley a remote destination within the Bighorn National Forest.

As Store Managers, you'll both have responsibilities of managing a high performing self storage facility in Kissimmee, FL.

- A Store Management Team works together to manage the day to day operations of a storage facility and provides a personal experience and excellent customer service to customers. Customer service is our #1 priority.

To help achieve facility goals, you'll utilize your strong sales and marketing abilities to rent storage units, U-Haul trucks, up-sell boxes and moving supplies, and increase brand awareness in the local community.
- You'll learn how to use our self storage sales best practices to convert storage and truck rental prospects to customers.
- You'll need to have a friendly, positive attitude and strong sales presence over the phone and in-person.
- Create relationships with nearby area businesses and implement marketing strategies.
- Moving can be very stressful for customers. Our job is to make it a bit easier for them by identifying our customer's needs, confidently create a PERSONALized solution by asking the right questions (eg. Do they need storage + rental truck + boxes?) and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Manage daily payment flow (cash, check, and credit card balances) and making timely, error-free bank deposits.
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance inside the office and outside on the facility property. Managers spend a sufficient amount of time outside ensuring the property is clean and 'customer-ready' by sweeping units/aisles, performing lock-checks on units, and performing other general maintenance tasks. (light duty / light lifting)
- Maintaining low accounts receivables by performing collection calls to delinquent tenants over the phone, keeping up-to-date notes on accounts, and by sending email notices and SMS/text message reminders through our software.

- Excellent verbal and communication skills are key as you are the face and front line of the business. "You" will be the reason many customers choice to store their belongings with us vs. the competition.
- Outgoing, engaging personality that takes a proactive role when handling customer requests/issues and daily tasks such as: calling new leads to reserve units, managing daily unit inventory, and replying back to existing customers in a timely manner.
- Strong, general computer skills and competency is needed to navigate Windows operating systems, internet browsers, and other applications. You'll learn how to efficiently navigate and operate various software platforms used by the company to perform daily operations tasks.
- Past job experiences in a customer-focused position such as in retail, sales associate, self storage, hotel industry, restaurant, and other industries. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, retail store, management, sales associate of retail jobs, or in customer service roles.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willing to travel to other locations for staffing if needed.

Marina Attendants/Caretakers - East Cracroft Island, BC

Help wanted at our Marina. We have two, full time, year round positions available. We are looking for a couple, preferably liveaboard boaters, who are outgoing, enjoy working with people, are generally handy and hard working.
This job will involve a very wide variety of tasks but, among the most common are: customer service, general maintenance, cash register work, some bookkeeping, and groundskeeping. This is a year round position available starting mid-July or earlier.
Due to the remote location, this is a live-in/on-site position. Liveaboard boaters are preferred, but accommodations are provided for those who need them. Utilities, internet access, and limited transportation to and from the Marina are available.
This is a year round position but, the seasonal work is very different. The summer is busy and intense with minimal time off. The winter is long, fairly quiet and offers the opportunity for extended time off. We are looking for a couple with a broad skill base who enjoy working outdoors and have the ability to work with all types of people.
