Care Taker (or Couple) for Equine Rescue - Oakham, MA

We are a 501c3 non profit, 100% volunteer and donation driven organization.

We are seeking a caretaker position/ couple to live and work at the farm.

House size is 2600 square feet. BSER would share a down stairs bathroom and one meeting room on second floor, rest of the house is private to caretaker (there is a private bathroom for caretaker). The right candidate/s would be extremely hard-working, physically fit, responsible/ driven and able to keep up and manage the farm's needs as well as property maintanence.  Daily chore shifts, farm responsibilities and property management tasks are in exchange for no house rent.  Caretaker would pay for all utilities and a legal contract would be signed.

Horse handling experience is preferred.  Please do not apply if you have young children, extended family living with you or smoke. Heavy drinkers and those you do drugs need not apply. 

Phone interview would be first interview, then in person interview at the farm.
