We are an RV Park/Resort, Lawton, Oklahoma is currently seeking a resident Park Host. Candidate will be a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

or be willing to train to become a CPO in accordance with (IAW) Oklahoma Department of Health guidelines. Candidate must have his/her RV.

Amenities include:

General Park Duties:

Receive new tenants
Provide general information to new tenants
Monitor clubhouse temperature (seasonal)
Ensure clubhouse and laundry remain clean
Treat aerobic sewer system as needed (check bleach level daily)
Ensure clubhouse is secure at night (lights out, TV off, doors closed and locked) Hours: 08:00 am - 10:00pm
Monitor park cleanliness

Maintain Park Pool

Open and close pool daily (Hours 09:00am - 09:00pm)
Monitor chemicals (daily)
Monitor cleanliness (daily)

Apartment /Maintenance Managers - Fargo, ND

On-site manager couple needed for 48 unit apartment complex located in Fargo, ND. Very strong handyman skills related to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical is an important requirement. Must be computer literate and work will with people.

Responsibilities will include mainitaining buildings, apartments and grounds. Renting apartments, mainitaining rental ads, collecting rents, making bank deposits and submitting monthly reports is also required. Maintenance as required to update apartments, prepare apartments for rent including painting and cleaning and deal with renters.

Must pass credit, criminal and background check and provide personal and work-related references from past employers.

Compensation is $2700 per month plus a 2-bedroom apartment.

Located just 11 miles north of Nashville, spend your summer experiencing “Music City” and the Nashville area, from tours to museums, to music venues and the Grand Ole Opry. Positions are available April 1st through October 31st. We pay for all hours worked-most positions are 30-40 hours per week. Work campers must have RV and live on-site.

Job Descriptions: We are looking for awesome Guest Services Front Desk and Maintenance/Safety couples to join our team to work 30-40 hours each per week who are passionate about ensuring our campers have the best time, every time.

Guest Services/Front Desk - This position is responsible for, but not limited to, handling camper issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern. Completing registrations, reservations and store sales while following procedures. Careful and accurate money handling, processing cash and credit card transactions while utilizing the computer, credit card terminal, and other front desk equipment. Knowledge of KampSight is a plus.

Maintenance/Safety - Skilled maintenance knowledge is a plus. Providing exceptional guest services is a must, as this position also requires working as an ambassador escorting guests to their site, filling propane, delivering firewood and ice. Other duties include park maintenance, grass cutting, weed eating, help with pool maintenance and other duties as assigned. Projects are to be completed properly, safely and timely.

Compensation: Couples are paid for all hours worked, the hourly rate is dependent upon experience. Benefits also include the following: free full hook-up site (30/50amp), (water/electric/sewer & cable), two consecutive days off a week with your partner (I know, who offers that?) uniform shirts, and employee discounts on laundry, propane and store merchandise.

Work Campers- Camphosts - Aiken, SC

We are an RV Park in Aiken, South Carolina, is looking for an RV person or couple for an after hours and weekend host position.Duties include checking in campers, keeping bathhouse, Laundry room and sites clean. (Occasional camper cleaning on rental campers,includes some pay). This is a year round position not for a seasonal couple.

Aiken is a quaint community with much for visitors to do. Looking for a couple to Manage a Hotel - Kremmling, CO

We are seeking a long term, full time, live-in inkeeping couple to manage our 24 room hotel in Kremmling, CO on the crossroads between SteamBoat Springs, Winter Park & Silverthorne. This is a historic hotel that has housed the likes of John Wayne, Burl Ives, and Zane Grey to name a few. You will be responsible for all aspects of day to day operation including reservations, guest inquiries, check ins and outs, etc. Not only will you be managing housekeepers, you will also need to do some housekeeping yourself. Light maintenance and repairs will be needed occasionally. You will also keep track of supplies and will have access to the hot tub.

Compensation includes salary and a 2 bedroom on premesis apartment with all utilities included. Ideal candidates will be motivated and self-starters with or without experience (we will train the right people).
