Part-time houskeepers needed for mountain fishing resort in Colorado.  We are a 26 cabin resort and need a couple to clean cabins on a daily basis; appx. 5 hours per day.  We will pay for RV lot rent and utilities in addition to hourly wage.

We are seeking a couple to care for our family's quiet, natural 7-acre residence in the beautiful foothills of Woodside, just 30 minutes away from the ocean and San Francisco. Job requirements (on demand, but not to exceed 40 hours per week per person)

• Manage home repairs and maintenance, including cars, pool, tennis (all new)

Mission Minded Houseparents - Ingram, TX

1. Administers Medication to residents according to training guidelines
2. Plans recreational activites for children in their care, daily routine activities, special events, work projects, off campus activities and outings that are coordinated with the on duty Program Coordinator.
3. Transports children in care in appropriate in vehicle provided for cabin use.
4. Supervises residents and knows their location at all times.  Keeps the children safe.
5. Reports serious or repeated cabin issues to the appropriate Program or Clinical Staff
6. Meets minimum standards for professional growth.  Takes courses offered.  Stays current in CPR- First Aid as required by plicy.  Keeps current in hours of trianing per HCYR policy and TDFPS standards.
7. Supervises the daily cabin chores.
8. Takes inventory and orders the needed food, personal hygiene, and medical supplies
9. Maintains the facilty, including staff living quarters and yard, in a clean orderly manner.
10. Reports needed repairs immediately to supervisor and Maintenance Dept.
11. Reports immediately any suspected child abuse or neglect to Executive Director or his designee
12. Participates in training, meetings and supervisory confrences to develope and enhance child - care skills
13. Maintains medical records, daily logs and incident reports on a daily basis. 
14. Ensures that residents attend school and required acitivites, and that children are always dressed suitably.
15. Accompanies and supervises children during Ranch chapel services on Sunday
16. Manages behavior problems as they occur using methods apporved by HCYR and TDFPS.
17. Coordinates with therapists and program staff in setting up programs or acitivies to meet the special needs of children in care, such as individaul counseling or therapeutic activity groups.
18. Makes sure that residents arrive at appointments on a timely basis.
19. Demonstrates responsibility, maturity and role modeling in all interactions with staff and children.  
20. Helps to provide a living style that is growth producing.
21. Performs other duties as assigned. 

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Manager/InnKeeper (Couple) - Norwood, CO

Looking for mature, reliable ,non-smoking couple  to be  Manager / InnKeepers at a well-established small motel with 12 rooms. Full-time live-in positions. Job requires a person(s) with energy, personality, the ability to multi-task , provide hospitality and deal with people. Location is the town of Norwood in western Colorado, close to  Telluride with opportunities for skiing/boarding, mountain biking, backpacking, rafting, fishing, hunting and much more.

The motel is open year round, however, winter is a much slower period which allows Innkeepers to add to income by working an additional jobs, if desired, (or ski/board every day).  InnKeeper(s) must live on site and housing is free.

A couple would share work at the motel ( reservations, phone, front desk light maintenance and housekeeping/laundry if desired).

Duties include:  Greet and check in guests.  Take reservations and payments.  Oversee housekeeping or participate as desired.  Daily laundry.  Maintain inside of rooms as needed, light plumbing and electrical occasionally.  Maintain outside grounds as needed,    Must be willing to interact with customers and gain knowledge of the area to refer quests for activities.

Innkeeper’s room includes all utilities, cable tv, and internet .  Some motel experience is needed and familiarity with WebRezPro is a plus. Must have basic computer skills and be willing to perform/oversee immaculate housekeeping. Must be trustworthy, personable, motivated and dependable. Subject to background check.

Room plus base salary of $30,000. If Innkeeper performs all housekeeping and laundry, value of package is approximately $60,000. Room = $10,000, Housekeeping $20,000 and Salary $30,000.
