Alamo Rose in looking for a couple that will work a weekend shift as an office person and a maintenance person.  Hours are Saturday 8 Am until 5 PM and Sunday Noon until 4 PM.  Job duties include:  Office:  take payments, reservations, check-in, check out, etc.  Maintenance: would be great if had some knowledge of plumbing and electrical, but not necessary.  Tidy up restrooms, buildings.  50 amp hook up plus electricity for a 26 hour week - 13 hours each person.

We are in need of a single or couple willing to come onboard and work at our Spicewood Texas RV Park. Must have own camping rig.

Guest services and computer experience a plus. Duties include taking reservations, checking people in and out, helping with rental unit turnovers, and common area cleanup.

Park is brand new with nice amenities. Pet Friendly park with no breed restrictions. 12 hours each for site (couple) and 15 hours a week for singles. All other hours paid via paycheck.

  Unique opportunity for couple looking to relocate to a 400 acre private forest preserve.  

WIDOWER, 87 year old, retired architect seeking financially independent retiring couples interested in establishing a small sustainable community on a beautiful, remote, 400-acre ranch with a river running through it, halfway between Willits and Fort Bragg, deep in the redwood forest. 

The idea is to live in a quiet, beautiful, safe, place away from traffic, noise, and the stress and hastle of our modern day living  while teaching other how they, too, can do the same. 

Ranch Hand(s) in Scottsdale, AZ - Scottsdale, AZ

Small ranch in Scottsdale needs someone to clean horse pens once a day and feed horses twice a day for five days a week. We have 30 horses. We also need additional help around the ranch with various projects. You would have plenty of time to travel, work somewhere else, or have another pet-time job. The ranch is located in beautiful Scottsdale and is close to everything!

We are looking for non-smoking hard-workers with excellent references.

You can park your trailer on the ranch to live in or we may have living quarters. You can board your horses here too.

Motel Manager(s) Wanted in Central Missouri.

Property with 25 room motel and additional units planned looking for someone, or a couple, to run the property.

Duties include checking people in, cleaning rooms, doing some light maintenance, keeping the property clean, record keeping, answering the telephone, etc...

Ideal candidate(s) will have prior experience in housekeeping and front desk, managing a property, be skilled in using computers and websites, etc...  The property is currently undergoing renovations, so any candidates with renovation/contractor experience is a plus.

Prior real estate experience and licenses a plus.
