Unique opportunity for couple looking to relocate to a 400 acre private forest preserve.
WIDOWER, 87 year old, retired architect seeking financially independent retiring couples interested in establishing a small sustainable community on a beautiful, remote, 400-acre ranch with a river running through it, halfway between Willits and Fort Bragg, deep in the redwood forest.
The idea is to live in a quiet, beautiful, safe, place away from traffic, noise, and the stress and hastle of our modern day living while teaching other how they, too, can do the same.
One couple has committed for a year. Still seeking a second couple and a third and 4th couple.
