We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to operate our three small inns (total of 19 rooms) in Mendocino, CA.

This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business. Job requirements include breakfast preparation and serving, some housekeeping and laundry, grounds work and property maintenance, seasonal renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more).

This is a HANDS-ON lifestyle position.

Domestic Couple Needed for a Home - Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA

A wonderful family in the beautiful town of Carmel is seeking a domestic couple. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00am-6:00pm, with the flexibility to work extra as needed.

The couple will be provided with living arrangements within a few miles of the family residences, as well as a vehicle. Duties include all aspects of care pertaining to the interior and exterior of home, including general and deep cleaning of two properties, laundry, ironing, answering phones, greeting guests, chauffeuring family and friends, dog walking, errands, scheduling vendors, and more. Knowledge of formal service is a plus. This is a take-charge role with very little oversight; best for a couple who knows what needs to be done and needs little direction. Ideal candidates will be polished, proactive, calm, and discrete, cheerful, and will have a clear understanding of boundaries. Must be comfortable working around school-aged children.
