Cashier, Maintenance, Animal Care - Gettysburg, PA

Immediate opening for a couple to work at our small theme park in Gettysburg, PA now through the end of October. We are a seasonal park open through the end of October 2019. This charming park which offers family entertainment is celebrating it's 48th continuous season in 2019. We are looking for fun, energetic people to join our team.
We have an immediate opening for a couple who can work in one or more of the following areas:
+Cashier in our retail areas (Cafe, snack bar, large gift shop)
+Maintenance (Blowing, mowing, light handyman, Etc.)
+Animal care (feeding and chores for miniature horses, and small farm animals. Experience required)
We can offer safe and secure RV parking with 50 amp service on a beautiful farm park setting at the park, and will consider additional compensation for experience.
Come join our team and live in a beautiful and peaceful farm setting (with Unicorn sightings daily!). We are just 1 1/2 hours from DC and Baltimore. Harrisburg and Hershey are less than an hours drive. Enjoy learning more about historic Gettysburg and the surrounding communities.
Note: If you are interested but not able to fill the time constraints for this season, please let us know if you might be interested in some portion of our 2020 season which will open in mid April and run through October. We will be looking for managers and staff in our gift shop, cafe, maintenance, and even animal care.
Guest Services Coordinators - Paso Robles , CA

OVERVIEW
Guest Services Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the resort, working closely with the Resort Manager and other team members.
JOB DUTIES
- Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents. Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager.
- Check guests in and out for their reservations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
- Collect and post security deposits, rent, or funds for other services in Yardi.
- Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed; submit bad debt files to collections.
- Process resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files.
- Review and code invoices and statements for manager approval.
- Assist prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory; review home listings, show homes, and assist with rental applications with manager's discretion.
- Coordinate with Underwriting team to obtain approvals on prospective resident applications; track all approvals and denials.
- Maintain petty cash fund.
- Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
- Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating guest and resident relation events and activities within the resort.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
- Previous experience using Yardi and/or RMS software, a plus
- RV resort office or hotel front desk experience, a plus

Small Farm Caretaker(s) - Hawley, PA

Come live in a historic Lockhouse (build in 1828) along the Lackawaxen River, one of the premier fly-fishing rivers in the Northeastern United States. We have 250 acres (mostly forested) in the Pocono Mountains and are looking for a caretaker (individual or couple) to live and work on our property in exchange for housing.
This job is ideal for a person or couple that work from home, have another job in the area, or are retired/semi-retired. Hours vary according to the season. The spring, summer and autumn months are much busier with increased general maintenance of the property, while the winter months are much slower.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Caring for animals (beef cows, donkey, chickens, cats)
- Landscaping (weed whacking, weeding, pruning, mowing, leaf removal, etc)
- Mowing pastures
- Housekeeping
- Gardening (vegetable)
- Splitting and stacking wood
- Snow removal (plowing)
- Maintenance of private residence and guest houses
If you are not highly experienced in all of the job duties but are handy and are willing and open to learn, you will be considered for the position.
Caretakers must have own transportation, be non-smokers, be physically fit (occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance), have a strong work ethic, and be willing to make a long-term commitment.
Background and reference checks will be done on all candidate prior to hire.

Upscale Country Inn and Cottage Property in upstate Illinois is seeking an enthusiastic, talented, full-time Co-innkeeper or Co-innkeeping team. We are looking for a couple to help us with housekeeping and maintenance experience for a 16 unit lodge located in the beautiful Sonoma Coast in California.
It is a beautiful property with much room for growth close to wine country. The right couple would help managers in all property tasks and be possibly a back up for managers, with a customer service attitude. Must be an active couple who enjoys working outdoors and can help in grounds beautification, organization skills and good work ethic are a must. If you like working in a beautiful cool year around weather this is for you!
Housing is provided with all utilities plus an hourly wage. This would be a 6 months to a year position and possibly become permanent. This is a remote beautiful place with a small community of great people and a country feel. Busy season is summer, so position is ready to be filled.
