Motel Onsite Manager and Housekeeper - Versailles, MO

Motel Manager(s) Wanted in Central Missouri.

Property with 25 room motel and additional units planned looking for someone, or a couple, to run the property.

Duties include checking people in, cleaning rooms, doing some light maintenance, keeping the property clean, record keeping, answering the telephone, etc...

Ideal candidate(s) will have prior experience in housekeeping and front desk, managing a property, be skilled in using computers and websites, etc...  The property is currently undergoing renovations, so any candidates with renovation/contractor experience is a plus.

Prior real estate experience and licenses a plus.

Verasilles is a town of about 2,400 and located close to the Lake of the Ozarks in central Missouri. The motel is walking distance to the public school and there is an outdoor pool onsite.
