Couple needed for Historic Hotel and Cafe/Inn - Centennial, WY
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Couple needed to assist new owners of well established Historic Hotel, 6rooms/Suites and 25 seat cafe open to the public currently (could change to a B&B with new owners decision) extra 25 seats during summer months. Mountain town at the base of the Medicine Bow National Forest. #0 miles west of Laramie, WY. Part time local young people in place for part time help tot he Inn Keepers. Currently the owners operate this establishement, the new owners will not have this ablilty to operate on a daily basis, however they will be only 80 miles away.
Apartment provided, meals, and internet and cable included. Base pay will be determined with the considerations of the perks. 6 weeks a year the Hotel closes for upkeep, in April and November. Which is wehn the couple can take time away. Great opportunity to be near outdoor recreation

Crazy Blessed Farm is an historic home and property located in the piedmont of SC; on the historic register as "Enoch Hanford House" and currently being offered as a guest house with 5 guest rooms available. Nestled on 44 acres of pines and pastures, we are in the early stages of sustainability with gardens and livestock.
Our ultimate goal it to become a "Nature Retreat".
We are looking for a couple who is honest, and self-starting and not afraid to get their hands dirty. We are still doing and need help with fundamental fencing, building barns, and developing the land, and gardens. We need help with the livestock (cows, horses, goats, pigs and chickens). Some light admin work would be a blessing and light cleaning here at the Inn.
We are offering an historic home which is connected to our land, close but still private. It was originally the old train masters home. Quaint, historic and clean, but nothing fancy. In exchange, we are asking for 25 hours per week(each person) of good honest time put in.

OVERVIEW
As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the kitchen and surrounding area.
JOB DUTIES
- Prepare food ordered by restaurant customers using a variety of kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, meat slicers, food processors, etc.).
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned, such as starting equipment and cleaning refrigeration units, grill and surrounding area, as well as other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain kitchen and cooking areas and ensure kitchen equipment and food storage areas are clean, sanitary, and organized as required by the Health Department Rules and Regulations. Report any kitchen equipment or maintenance issues to manager.
- Restock products as needed throughout shift.
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to determine daily specials, new menu items, and innovative ways to cook and prepare food.
- Regularly check menu cycle to ensure all food items are available in advance, notifying manager of any shortages.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous restaurant cook experience
- Must be able to pass the Safe Food Handler Certificate Program within 60 days from date of hire
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Good communication skills
