Duties:

· Control expenses
· Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
· Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
· Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management
Required Skills:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
· Strong leadership and decision making skills
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff performance
· Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2 years experience in property management

Maintenance Manager - Manufactured Home / Mobile Home Community
The Maintenance Supervisor will implement GMR work, manage an in-house maintenance staff and execute on Capital Improvement and Rehab construction.
We need a Maintenance manager who worked himself up through the ranks running crews and managing subcontractors.
Responsibilities to include:
GMR (General Maintenance & Repair): Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and in house maintenance. crew. Water leaks, vetting, EMG repairs, minor tree trimming & Landscaping, accountability, park clean up, processing and executing on service orders, rules and regulations enforcement, reading water meters.
CAPX: Scopes of work, recruiting, hiring and managing subcontractors, executing construction.
Rehab/New Homes: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and managing & working w/Subcontractors, scope of work, executing and managing rehab and new home set up, on-boarding new properties.

This is a very physical job, it will at times require one or both of the team to do housekeeping, laundry and outside work during some of the hottest times of the day.
Some Hospitality Experience is preferred, however handyman, and/or maintenance skills are required, as we do not hire out the maintenance of the property. Maintenance is provided by the innkeepers.
Requirements and Responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
- Daily sales, direct guest sales (front desk), email and phone inquiries.
- Possibility of Long work hours, have excellent customer service skills, professional
- Guest Services, assisting guest with reservations and activities in the area.
- Small business accounting, compiling daily reports to be submitted to the accountant and owner
- Supervise staff
- Housekeeping and Laundry - DAILY
- Grounds and property maintenance - including but not limited to light plumbing, electrical, maintaining on site pool, preventative maintenance on guest rooms and areas.
- Daily Interactions with the owner of the property and operations staff.
Compensation:
- Salary ($800 per week, per couple - limited OT may be necessary but will be compensated for it accordingly
- Furnished Innkeeper Apartment on premises w/all utilities: (water, electric, internet and TV included)* One Bedroom unit on site.
- Ability to earn paid personal days, and vacation.
- Commission and other bonus options based on property performance is available

We are a historic hotel located in the small hamlet of Independence, California, sitting in the heart of the Owens Valley and the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountain range. The Winnedumah Hotel was opened in 1927 and we recently came under new ownership and management. We are seeking to add to our existing staff.
We are seeking a two-person team to be our Restaurant/Housekeeping Team and would be ideal for two people who enjoy year-round outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing, skiing and exploring.
As our Restaurant/Housekeeping team you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of housekeeping both front of house and back of house as well as handling our food and beverage offerings. We currently offer an extended continental breakfast only to our in-house guests, but we have plans to eventually open our restaurant to the general public for breakfast and dinner. Other staff are here to assist with housekeeping and F&B. There may be opportunities to learn other roles of the hotel as well and to fill in as Manager on Duty.
Our hotel is undergoing refreshing and refurbishment and the team will assist in a collaborative way with this process.
This team will be responsible for
- All restaurant duties both front and back of house working very close with the General Managers and Owners to bring this vision to life especially during the start up phase as the restaurant and kitchen undergo renovations
- Housekeeping, laundry (other staff assist in this area as well)
- There may be opportunities to learn other aspects of running a boutique hotel
We offer accommodation in a room within our hotel with 2 twin beds (possibly a queen bed can be changed out) and a separate shared bathroom with all utilities and internet included as well as breakfast each day. There is a communal kitchen near the accommodations as well. The General Managers live on site as well.
Salary will be based on experience.
Hours will be based on occupancy loads and may require working split shifts, weekends, holidays, nights, early mornings etc.
Applicants should have the following:
- Able to be very adaptive and flexible in a team and collaborative environment
- Back of house prep cook or cook experience by one of the members of the team is mandatory, preferably with the other person having front of house experience and both wanting to grow in this role
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Desire to provide the very best in hospitality
- Be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs carrying heavy items, stand for long periods of time, able to bend, stoop and work in uncomfortable environments with extreme temperatures
- Able to smile and maintain composure during any circumstance that may arise
- Work with people from all walks of life and engage and interact with them
- Have your own transportation (the closest small grocery store is about 15 miles away and the larger town is about 40 miles away)
