Innkeeper Couple - Mendocino, CA

We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to operate our three small inns (total of 19 rooms) in Mendocino, CA.

This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business. Job requirements include breakfast preparation and serving, some housekeeping and laundry, grounds work and property maintenance, seasonal renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more).

This is a HANDS-ON lifestyle position.

In addition to the innkeeper couple, the collection is staffed with a housekeeping crew and full and part time guest services. If you are looking for a lifestyle change and a beautiful vibrant place to live, please send us your information.
